The location is strategically close to the Blok M area, which has become a centre for various food experiences, without being inside the Blok M area itself. We can easily walk around, and the surroundings are pleasant. It's also not far from public transport, specifically the MRT. The excellent service from the staff was very helpful in meeting our needs. The room's design, which blends classic and modern styles, was also excellent.

The noise from the traffic is still audible inside the room. The amenities were very limited and outdated. The towels need to be upgraded to a better quality.

Location, staff! So helpful and friendly. They helped for everything I needed. The room are nice and big enough and the same for the shower. Just next to blok m for all your shopping. And brt station at like 150 meter. Also plenty of street food even at midnight. The bed are comfy and wifi is strong.

The towel could be change as well as some of the bedding. Not dirty just a bit old.

- Personal very friendly, professional and pay much attention to your stay. Always ready to fix your problems. - Rooms are very clean and they do cleaning every day and change sheets on bed and new towels. - Internet signal is very strong and comfortable to work. - Parking for motorcycles is very good underground. - Location is best: near Metro MRT station and near BlockM plaza and BlockM Space and near BlockM Square. Near also there is basketball ground where you can ask a balls and play for free. - Price is match services completely.

- Windows not soundproofing. Near the road is very annoying at night because motorcycles going without exhaust can. And you cant sleep at night very well. 2nd floor not have soundproof door near the restaurant, and if you sleep during day, there is too much noise - Some minor equipment inside room is broken. Like holder for shower or some other minor issues. But you always can ask to fix it.

Walking distance to mrt blok m & plaza blok m. Stay here for smtown concert at GBK. Near to the venue. Staff soo nice & helpful. For coffee lover, there are many cafe around the hotel. One near to plaza blok m very good 💯. Also many sate stall around the hotel. Indomaret just walking distance. Very near. Location very good 💯

Got room facing the main road. Very noisy at night but its okay

The bed lil' bit uncomfortable. The design interior needs to repair. But it was clean.

The staffs were very helpful,friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. We enjoyed our stay there and the place is really close by to the MRT station, coffee shops and eatery places. Thank you again for the experience!
