It is located in a quiet gated community with many good restaurants nearby. Near the Block M bus and light rail station. The area has way much less sewage smell than North Jakarta. The photo of the airport bus entrance at the below ground level of Blok M bus terminal. The fare was 80k idr.

The facilities are some what rundown, but for the price I paid, I cannot complain.

the mattress is really nice for those who has back pain problems, i had a good sleep and the bath up was such a nice addition! definitely will stay here again in the future

The neighbourhood is quiet but central at the same time.

The air conditioner was leaking water and splashing on the bed (the head part). I had to place a cup under it so that it doesn’t splash on me while I was sleeping.

The property seems old and not well maintained. I got room with minimum natural light, and the water heater seems not working

The area, the room are big clean and tidy but seems like they have to replace the new bedsheets because it’s too old.

Staff Check in process

I stayed there looking for an immediate stay as I was too tired commuting back to Bogor. The advertising and pictures displayed look promising and clean enough, and I thought it was pretty decent for such a price. Pretty affordable and close to Blok M Square and Lil Tokyo Jakarta.

The bathtub drain is not clean, I found other hairs in the gutter. The sink was clogged but then it's slowly gone away over time—poor maintenance of the property. The room smells like cigars even though there's a sign of a non-smoking room. There are stains on the pillow sheets. The water smells like iron so bad, I bet this comes from the rustic shower head. The power source almost fell off and the power extension looks poorly maintained.

the picture looks nice but in reality …. :(((( i was so shocked. however the location is great. the walls are dusty, the beds are itchy, the a/c is not cold, everything is yellow
