Location 10+++ All Staff 100+++ What a wonderful hotel. Better Service than a Five Star. Amazing Staff, from Manager DItit, Front of House Citraksa and the top notch Security Guards and room attendents. Can't fault ! Thankyou for such a pleasant stay and treating me so well and taking care of my suitcases whilst abroad. The Staff and Management should be congratulated !

Everything the staff was amazing , location is the best spot heart of blok M right next to blok M square markets all ammenities walking distance lots of food just across the roads , clean and comfortable . Even the manager tries to engage as much as he can with customers which brings a nice touch to the hotel . Staff is amazing always friendly and helpful

The location is perfectly close to all facilities and easy to access the transportation. The cleanliness is satisfied, good smell and cooling air-conditioning at the first step in the hotel. The facilities are quite limited, no fridge, no hair dryer, and no ion, but acceptable with the reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The wifi is great. The breakfast is similar everyday, minimal with several options, just right for those who like to have a quick breakfast like me.

Some shower towels and bedsheets are quite old.

Very centrally located next to a mall and lots of cafés . Easily located by Grab, Blue Bird etc . The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms maybe small for two people but fine for a solo traveler. Spotlessly clean and a comfortable, spacious lounge

The room is small and the facilities are very old. It was very nosy at night. Anyway it is a budget hotel we do not expect more.

The room is clean and basic, yet comfortable. The location is perfect. Close to public transportation and MRT, supermarkets, malls and various restaurants and street foods. The staffs are amazing: friendly, helpful and trustworthy.I accidentally left my belonging at the hotel, they kept it until I returned to Jakarta (1 week after) to pick it up as promised! 👍

Amazing staff from the reception led by AM Yusuf through to the room attendants, they were very hospitable and accomodating to my needs.

Aircond takes time to fully on but once on it kind of too cold so need to on and off at times

The room was nice. Strategic hotel, close to all entertainment and restaurants.

Perhaps we came at the bad time, there was a food festival on the street outside, they had a stage and the band were singing the whole day. So it was quite noisy.
