I loved the location since it was right in front of Grand Indonesia, where I basically shopped and ate everyday. The hotel was also located near street food vendors, which was amazing. If I needed to get something to eat, I can immediately go there. The staff was so friendly. I struck up conversations with the cleaner etc. The staff even helped me get my sunnies that I left in a Grab taxi.

Not that I didn't like this, I jsut found it frustrating when I needed to get to my room asap. My card somehow got deregistered very frequently, but the staff immediately reactivates it without question.

Absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It’s conveniently located right across from Thamrin City, which made it so easy for us to go back and forth multiple times. The room was also impressively spacious and comfortable.

The bathroom floor was quite slippery, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or brushed during housekeeping. More concerning was that after we returned to our room from being out, we noticed the hotel iron we had requested earlier was missing. This made us feel a bit uneasy, as it raised concerns about privacy and room access while we were away.

Definitely a very pleasant stay. Check-in very smooth. staffs very helpful & smiling. Location really really near to Thamrin & just walking distance to Grand Indo & Plaza Indo. Food ok for breakfast. Not that bad. Room very spacious & Clean, bed very very comfy. Toiletries completed. Easy to get Gojek/bluebird/Bajai. Beside hotel have Nasi Padang sederhana. and very near to Indomaret.

Just toilet need to focus more to clean. but still acceptable

Location is very good. Hotel is clean and staff very friendly and happy to assist. Rooms are well equipped and the bed is so comfortable. The breakfast is great. Lots to choose from. We would definitely come back here again.

I think the most important about this hotel is their location. Situated at the top spot of shopping centre (thamrin city), i do love this.

Perfect position, in the middle of a lively zone and near the major malls - but rooms are quiet. Clean. Staff is very very kind.

Strangely, the other appliances are new but the toilet in my room was very old and in bad shape. No door for the shower. Breakfast doesn't have many choices of sweets.

Excellent location with many malls and restaurants in close walking distance. Clean large room with all amenities.

Couple of people at the front desk had difficulty in understanding English. Others were fine.

Room was big n cosy...n comfy.

The room don't have enough lighting....the lights they used was not bright.

Very nearby to iconic Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia and Thamrin City Mall. Also not very far from Tanah Abang. Easy to get BlueBird, good food and nearby street food. Room is big, comfy bedding
