We had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at Ascott Jakarta. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff made all the difference. A special shoutout to the amazing guest officers — Mr. Jordan, Mr. Rizky, Mr. Vicky, and Miss Anissa — who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Aidil from housekeeping and the rest of the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless and comfortable every day. The location is unbeatable — Ascott is surrounded by several major malls, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Grab and GoCar rides were also very easy to access, making it simple to get around the city. We highly recommend Ascott Jakarta for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and service-oriented place to stay in the heart of the city. Thank you once again for the wonderful experience!

Check in and check out was easy :) The apartment was very spacious and clean! Facilities provided in the apartment was more than satisfying and staffs are very helpful e.g. one staff helped fixed damaged luggage tire for free and many times the security at the exit gate helped us cross the streets from and to Grand Indonesia countless times :D Location was perfect as it was located between Thamrin City (local goods, restaurants, mini marts) and Grand Indonesia/Plaza Indonesia (luxury goods, restaurants, supermarkets). Perfect stay in the city!

Too cold even when we switched all the air-conditioners in the apartment! We had to resort to wearing socks or full length clothes throughout our stay. Also, the doors in the apartment took more effort than normal to open as it was too sturdy.

The location is definitely a major plus—Ascott is perfectly situated between Grand Indonesia and Thamrin City, both just a 2-minute walk away. Plaza Indonesia is also within walking distance. Tanah Abang is nearby as well; although it's close, we opted to take a Grab for convenience. My family and I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, which was very convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making our stay even more comfortable. The service at the hotel was excellent. The concierge was very helpful in providing directions, and the security guards even assisted us in crossing the road—something we truly appreciated. Another lovely touch was the beautiful scent in the lobby—it made walking in feel warm and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the interior design. The overall look feels a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh or modern upgrade to match the excellent service and location.

The location was perfect, we were within walking distance of major shopping centres and it didn't take us long to get anywhere by car. The staff were incredibly friendly. Our 3 bedroom apartment was superb. The gym was spacious and had just enough equipment. Breakfast was delicious. The service I received in the beauty salon was amazing and the service provided by the Spa was just what I needed on our last day.

The large filtered water bottle in the apartment, we had to change ourselves when empty. There was meant to be new bottles located on the floor which we couldn't find.

My daughter and I were extremely happy and contented with our 3D 2N stay in Ascott Jakarta. Our room was upgraded from studio to premium and we were taken aback by the gesture from basically all staffs of the hotel. From front counter,concierge, room service and restaurant, they were all very friendly people. We were blessed that our stay turned out to be one of the memorable ones. Ascott Jakarta is so accessible to Grand Indonesia Mall and that makes the trip even better. We will definitely come back and recommend Ascott Jakarta to our family and friends. Such a pleasant stay, the staffs were always welcoming and nice. Us family would always end up in ascott no matter what. Definitely will come back soon!

Everything was perfect, except my sister got bitten by bedbugs on her body on our second last day of stay we’re not sure where it came from but the staffs were helpful to help clean and vacuum the bed for us. Hopefully ascott can take note of this to ensure the cleanliness is maintained and to inform the housekeepers to ensure they check the beds just in case. Another issue is the pool was still under construction, we came in December 2023 the adult pool was under construction as well so its kinda sad.

Its strategic location and the staffs are very helpful and friendly.

There's unpleasant smell in my room that we suspected came from the aircond. It became worst on our last day.

My stay in the spacious Ascott Hotel Residence apartment on the 20th floor was exceptional. Even as a single occupant, I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, well-appointed living room, and luxurious, large bathroom; room service, housekeeping, and laundry services were excellent, and all areas were impeccably maintained. The residence provided a comfortable and home-like experience, and I plan to utilize the property for both short-term and extended stays in the future. The convenient proximity to Grand Indonesia Mall, Hyatt Aryaduta Hotel, and Kempinski Hotel Plaza Indonesia was a significant advantage.❤️

During our stay, we have encountered an unexpected event. My mother was feeling unwell and need to go to the hospital immediately. Luckily, Miss Tusmiati is very kind and helpful during our stay. She helps my mother when she’s feeling unwell and needs to go to the hospital, how thoughtful of her. I am beyond grateful to meet her during our stay. Mr Rafliansyah helps us during check-in and check-out. Check-in and check-out process was fast, and we get to enjoy some drinks while waiting for our room. Mr Raflianshah also help us by giving suggestions when we ask about which hospital we should headed to. And during our check-out he still check on my mother’s well-being. Not to forget about the strategic location of this hotel and how spacious and clean the room was! This hotel is just a walking distance to Thamrin, Grand Indonesia Mall and Plaza Indonesia. The convenience store such as Indomaret as just across the road. Room was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Shower gel and shampoo smells good! All of the staff are very helpful and kind (security, concierge, receptionist you name it)! Great service and love the experience at the hotel. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Love it and highly recommended especially when you travel with family or with big group.

Good location, just walk 5 minutes to reach Grand Indonesia Mall. Receptiom friendly staff Gate security staff were helpfull and friendly..he even help us to cross the road, when we went to Grand Indonesia mall. Housekeeping staff quite fast to answer our needs. The room were spacious. They provide a galon mineral water for us.

Kitchen facility : electric pot can't work. There is oven in kitchen but looks dirty and don't have any tray to bake something..unfortunately we buy some croissant..so we Can't make it warm. Using the microwave with the grill function..also can't works. Slippers & hairdryer were not provided in our rooms, we have to call the housekeeping for it. We have to wait for the hairdryer about 1 hour.
