The hotel is very big, and even though it is dated, it must have been fabulous in it day, it is very clean. Fir kemang it's in a good location you can walk to a few shops, restaurants and the eastern promise across the road is a good English based pub with food and live music. The staff in the restaurant were amazing

If really does need some renovating, the first thing you see on the big staircase is the completely threadbare carpet. The lighting in the rooms isn't great but the size of our grand delux was huge

Great selection of options for breakfast, the location of the hotel yields easy access to shopping and restaurants and the room was designed with clean and elegant finish, yet providing all the necessary amenities.

Room was very clean and I felt comfortable staying there with my wife and newborn baby. And it was very quiet. Reception and concierge staff were very helpful.

WiFi was down for a few hours on the day we checked in and without local SIM and cellular data I was unable to do many things. Water taps(opening and closing valve) kept coming out in the toilet. It will be great to upgrade those taps with more convenient design. Overall hotel is great and I'll certainly come back in the future.

I stayed in Grand Deluxe King for 3 Nights incl NYE. The hotel room was big enough. The location is near Kem Chicks, KFC,Bajawa,OMG,Starbucks and many popular spots. The service also quick and great. Nice staffs

The food was not good enough. No varieties. Almost same menu everyday. Some people could bring more people without adding extra charge. The hotel shoudl worry about it. My room is near the resto and connecting to other room, so I could not sleep easily.

The both guys by the name of Mr Anil and Mr Zahran r d most responsible people they took their job professionally...even a slightest thing they will come to solved it

I use this hotel often when I come to Jakarta! I got room 222 in the corner! It is more spacious of the other ones I got previously and it was very good! Comfortable chair and desk where you can work if you need!
