All the staff are super friendly especially as we stayed 10days, therefore we got to know security, house staff and management. Although I have written the dislikes, I hope the management will consider and implement the changes to make the hotel guests important too.

Having spoken to managers about the preference given to private functions taking over the whole ground floor. Hotel guests have no areas in the lobby to relax, If this was told on booking it would have been an advantage instead it felt like hotel guests are second choice, The private functions guests all smoke at entrances so you have to walk past the people to access the entrance not a good image for this lovely hotel. In many other hotels we have stopped private functions stay in the function rooms, however what we witnessed in the 10 days they take over the ground floor and smoking at entrances,

Lovely hotel with kind, friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop pool was clean and had beds and bean bags around it. The hotel had the feeling of a more upmarket one but was fairly keenly priced with a buffet style breakfast included. There were a few bars, warungs and mini markets nearby. The room tv had Netflix available.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was clean, and so was the pool. It was a lovely stay. I will definitely return when I’m in Jakarta again.

The food and Wi-Fi at the hotel could have been better.

Reach early at 11am something, but they are allow to check in without any charges. Location is strategy and nearby got nice local food and local bar.

The cleanliness of the room need to improve, after room service the corner of the room still have some hair and dust. At night time, still heard some noise from the upstairs and footstep in the corridor.

at midnight it's a bit noisy because there's a clubbing place nearby

I think my room on floor 6 might have been located below the gym. There was loud banging at random times of day. Didn't bother me but it would bother some people.

location right in thr middle of kemang; pool was actually great; provided extra pillows and towels easily; staff was great; super easy check-in and massage options at hotel was nice

the breakfast wasn’t the best for Jakarta but still ok; bed wasn’t the most comfortable but also ok

Good clean rooms with comfortable beds. I was upgraded to a larger room, and late checkout was given for a slight fee. Walking distance from the shopping area, restaurants and supermarket.

Breakfast was good, only very Indonesian with little western choices.

The A la Carte menu and facilities at the restaurant were not good. After specifically asking for a vegetarian dish, it was provided with bits of shredded chicken. NOT NICE!!
