Nice quiet room (at least from the inside), friendly people.

The hotel seems to serve mostly guests from Indonesia and this was reflected in the choices for breakfast. Personally, I would have preferred more western options for the breakfast. It is of course not under the control of the hotel, but I woke up every morning around 4:30 when the morning prayers started. There is nothing to do in the immediate neighborhood.

The hotel staff are very cooperative and the lobby is a great place to spend time in. The hotel facilities are a lot and have a lot of choices for a lot of people.

The hotel needs to be maintained more often as it seems to be an older hotel that is not highly maintained. Everything works though.

The spa. The lady was not welcoming. Talking while texting on phone. Looked very lazy. Put us at 8:30pm but when we come she was handling other person. She doeant even call our room no to explain about changes etc.

I really enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast offerings. The hotel's breakfast menu was quite varied, the quality of the food was also very good, and the presentation was impressive. The hotel's swimming pool was a great place to relax. I also appreciated the comfortable seating area around the pool. The room itself was spacious and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. My room had a stunning view, and I really enjoyed looking out at the beautiful cityscape from the window. Additionally, the hotel's parking area was spacious and easily accessible.

Firstly, I didn't find any tea or coffe on the kettle set. Secondly, I attempted to reach out to the hotel staff through the direct messaging feature on the booking.com app, but received no response. Lastly, the hotel security did not provide assistance when it came to crossing the busy street with my vehicle. I hope that the hotel can improve in these areas to make for an even better guest experience in the future.

We loved how clean and comfortable the hotel was. The staff were very friendly, welcoming snd very helpful. The buffet breakfast was superb and delicious. An excellent and beautiful place to stay made greater with the wonderful polite staff.

There are many kinds of food menu choices, the place is convenient near the swimming pool. For family type rooms are quite large, unfortunately the availability of bathroom amenities is not complete and the room is untidy.

upgrade the amenities in bathroom also pay attention for room cleanliness.

I liked everything except the location. Getting a taxi is a headache , especially in the evening, however you may get app cab which we as foreigner, cant download the app. everytime we fail to get taxis on road , we needed to walk up to reception and request them to book us a app taxi which they happily did. otherwise no complains

tie up with blue bird to always have few taxis there.

The memory of Santika from my son 1 yo until he is now 17 yo. We always come back to Santika when we visit Jakarta

The club lounge supposed to be different/special than the restaurant area, was not prepare well. the table clothes is everyday the same with the spots of the foods from previous guess. No napkins at the table. The food was dried at the lounge. The services was good.

The place, location and staff were great. The breakfast was exceptional. The pool was big and clean. The kids loved it. Everyone in hotel were helpful and friendly ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
