Love the room and location especially the food at Sansho was amazing. Staffs were very helpful, great hospitality and well trained, just as expected. As hotelier I couldn't expect more, keep it up guys!

I requested Non Smoking room, however the rooms smells of cigarette right when we get into the room (probably came from AC?). Thankfully it's gone after a while, so I guess you can do something about it.

Service was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful, including Eki at the bar, he was very nice. Breakfast was very good, wide variety of food, well prepared. Room was comfortable and well appointed.

There was a slight residual smell of cigarette smoke from previous occupant of our room. As a result, air was not completely fresh (an issue for non-smokers). Some cigarette butts were littered around outdoor sitting area near the pool.

The place is clean and the staff are very helpful. We also enjoyed the facilities. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in Jakarta.

Please alert with name of guest. We got little trouble about booking because similar name with another guest. Staff make mistake with our booking. But after that, this matter settled with smooth.

lack of printed materials useful when staying in a hotel room, like local restaurants, attractions, and how to operate the television unless you could use a QR code to access a web site. Only one towel per person, no hand towel or wash cloth. Room kind of small. No soap or shampoo available.

Spacious room and very affordable price. Very convenient for travelers who plan to watch a concert in the GBK

The bed was comfy and breakfast was good.

It’s bathroom floor. It’s slippery when wet and feels slimy. Very dangerous and someone might fall .
