1 of the staff lady in during breakfast time was too tough to us when I took little some cookies away for the little kids who is still sleeping & I try to explain to her but unfortunately I don't get the right answer was dissapointed . I have been staying many time in different hotel & this is the first time some staff not allowed us for just little help .

I have stayed at Menara many times now and the one thing that stands out is the wonderful staff. From the front desk/reception, to concierge, security, to cleaning staff, restaurant staff etc.. I must say that it is so satisfying to know that each time I stay the staff are truly fantastic and pleasant. My Bahasa Indonesian is not so good but the staff all seem to speak English quite well, even the new girl (i forget her name) that cooked my eggs for breakfast a couple of days. She was so pleasant and always smiling. I manage a hotel in Australia and one of the most important things for me is that my staff are always smiling and pleasant to customers. Menara Peninsula 5 Stars service. Please pass this on to all staff. Terimah-kasih🙏

Everything great!

It is one of my favorites hotels in Indonesia, really good service and facilities, nice terrace with pool, nice food and wonderful staff at bar.

I just think they should have a bit of extensive variety at menu.

The breakfast was nice and complete as well as very tasty! The rooms were spacious enough, clean and cost! The staff was very nice and accommodating! So we booked the 2 rooms again for 9 Jan 2025!

The singer in the bar was very loud, all the rest was very good!

The Hotel located in quite in the city center, very close to all my agendas. Regular food variety, normal tasted, friendly and helpful hotel staff.

Everything was nice and decent rooms wash rooms were neat and clean and breakfast was also good and plenty.

Hotel was very open and comfortable, my room size was very good and had a very wonderful city view.

Breakfast was little expensive.

Since the hotel was well occupied I have been upgraded. Stayed several times there when I have to be in Slipi.

Gym was OK, room was big and comfy

A little bit old, neet to spice up a little. The Christmas vibe was not stong. Need a little more decorations. The electricity outlet place was below the desk, it's old school and it was awkward to charge our gadgets
