Pleasant receptionists. View from 8th floor was good. Swimming pool. Shopping mall next door. Room perfectly fine. Clean water fountain in hallways

The location is good if you take taxis but otherwise the location is not great for walking to sights. The swimming pool was not a calm space with too many children, fixing doors and prep for new year party. Always some noise happening. Building needs some touching up, water damage, dirty marks on walls.

Staff are very friendly , security is very excellent

We stayed in the suite. The room was quite spacious. Good for staying for 3 nights with an active 3 yo who needs space to move a lot. It was also clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay for the price.

The card key always disactivated automatically everytime we went back from a mall. So better left the card key in the receptionist.

Perfect for a short stay exploring Jakarta. Breakfast was ok. We all like the Indonesian breakfast. There is a pool, perfect for a cooling down. We can recommend the massage in the room given by Dewi. From the hotel you can enter the mall.

Everything was fine.

The location is pretty good, near by bakeries and street eats.

The breakfast is so-so for Ibis hotel chain. Lack of spices.

coffee machine out of order for 2 days. otherwise can churn out good strong black coffee.
