Breakfast offer is huge, but more for Asian. But it was OK. Swimming pool is huge , room big enough to sleep and work. Facilities a little old but nice.

The feel of granite/ marble building which new hotels lack of. The warmth of staffs greeting upon entering the hotel. Rooms were huge (Executive King & Family Room). Bathroom has a huge tub & shower. Breakfast spread was awesome, full of Indonesian, Western & Eastern choices. The tea selection & coffee were wonderful. It's a pity only had a day of breakfast since it's Ramadhan on our 2nd day. We tried the DimSum Buffet and it was the great ever DimSum Buffet. Thank you Sango Hotel Management for a wonderful hotel.

To F&B Dept. dessert cups should be avoided. To Maintenance, cracks on wall/floor to pay more attention.

I loved this hotel! The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Being solo they really looked after me. The staff at breakfast were really welcoming and the choice of breakfast was the largest that I had seen. It was fantastic. I used the gym a couple of times and also the pool which was impressive. If you’re travelling solo, I definitely recommend this hotel that gives you so much more than you pay.

I booked the family room for 3 adults, as I expected, the room was spacious and the bed size are great, and the bathroom too. Did not forget for the selection of the breakfast was complete from east to west, and many live cook sections too.

At first check in, the AC did not felt cold (I think because of the weather) but when I came back from out side, the AC already cool. The toilet flush maybe need a little check.

Merlyn Park Hotel staff, they all verry friendly, kind and helpful. Also with the view of the room, That was amazing. Plus with the restaurant, I was arriving about almost midnight and I Was ordering food to eat and the restaurant was open and prepared the food as I'm ordering.

The Manager was really nice. The breakfast was amazing. There is everything available what you can imagine. Besides pools and gym they offer martial Artikel training. They have a special trainingroom. The Trainer is good. I would recommend this hotel and come again.

Loved the room. A nice size and especially loved having both a bath and a shower. The breakfasts were lovely with a lot of choice for both asian and european styles. The staff were all very helpful. The pool is lovely but needs a little bit of maintenance, has some tiles that have come off, but we still enjoyed it. The spa was lovely and the sauna was great too.

The bed in the room was really comfortable but the pillows were not, both myself and my husband got sore necks. the last night we were there we also had an intermittent problem with the electric where my cpap machine went off?

I love the room and how wide the room since I chose Bulgari Suite with the floor was almost on the top so the view was wonderful as well. The food I chose also taste delicious. I refer to their menu "Nasi Goreng Sultan" and "Tempe Mendoan"

Feels like the style were a bit odd for me but for my wife she likes it.

The stay was very good! At the reception we were met with friendliness by Angela and Anisa! The room offered was spacious and clean! The breakfast was very diverse and delicious. Thank you for everything!

Location giant room personnel large verity of food swimming pool gym very helpful nice and professional personnel convenient parking right in front of the hotel but traffic most l like the MANAGER OF THE HOTEL MONICA. I think if not her if she wouldn’t be there that hotel wouldn’t be as is now. So bravo Monica you’re the best
