Staff were very helpful, Evie especially gave us tips on where to go. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, with a nice choice and freshly cooked. Location was good for Gambir station and the Monas monument

No windows in the rooms to the outside only onto the corridors. The bathroom really needed a good scrub, around the taps and in all the corners it was really grimy, maybe some bleach and a scrub would help.

This was my family's second visit to Citi M. The staff is incredible -- Evie, Fani, Wulandiri, Tohirin, Indah, and all the rest of the wonderful staff here pay close attention to guests and take great care of everybody. Manager Ken is so helpful as always, offering very useful travel and restaurant recommendations as well as local insider tips. The rooms are comfortable and consistently restocked with tissues, bottled water, and clean towels. The location is also excellent, close to the train station and a short taxi ride from popular malls and the Monas. It's also very close to Jalan Surabaya, Jakarta's famous antiques/vintage market. The on-site 24 hour restaurant is extremely convenient and breakfast is delicious. We hope to return soon!

Citi M is a popular hotel, and can get crowded around the holidays (we stayed here right before the start of Ramadan and it was a bit hectic). Plan your visit accordingly!

When we enter the lobby....the fresh air and the environment was refreshing and very relaxing.....The front desk was very friendly and caring....the room was in good condition....the staffs working in morning shift (food area) was friendly...helpful....and very nice to have conversation with them...plus the housekeeping staff was also helpful and friendly.....keep up the good works guyz.....

The swimming pool was not working as they are under maintenance....😔

The bed was very comfy and big enough for me, I am a 1.94 Dutchie. The food was excellent and a kitchen that was 24/7 open, I think is a top service. Friendly, skillful personel

A ac that on irregular interval made a humming noise that I found to be annoying. But thats it.

Humble, friendly and helpful staffs. Quiet and peaceful place for stay and location is wonderful. Great stays with breakfast included. The King Cafe's food was amazing with variety of choices. Definitely will stay here again if I'm coming to Jakarta again.

The staff in this hotel are AMAZING, I had my phone stolen and they went above and beyond to help me in every way they could. I especially want to say a great thank you to Evie, Tohirin and Fakihstan, if there boss reads this, this three deserve a raise - amazing employees!!!

Clean room and clean toilet. Really helpful reception, they gave us a paper with places to visit, where to buy sim card etc. Breakfast was good and had local tastes. The restaurant is open 7/24. Location is close to the center and in a walkable distance to the duri station but I'd advise against walking. I'm really happy with my stay.

The hotel is very good for the money we pay. The location is not in the center but you find shops and restaurants relatively close. The personel is exceptional and the service is excellent. Breakfast is Indonesian which means that we can alternatively order an omelet if we don't want to experiment with new tastes. Overall the hotel is an excellent choice for the charges paid.

Occasionally you may see a cockroach around the bar area, which the personnel will quickly remove, but for 20 Euros a day you cannot expect complete excellence.

I love the ambient, the staff are friendly. the cleanliness. it's great value for money. this is my second stay and still comfortable and great.

overall I love all the thing except the shower head. it's crack. and become fountain instead of giving shower rain vibe. please replace the head. my room is 415 super deluxe room

Great location Helpful and friendly staff The restaurant is pretty good and serves beer. Yay! The hotel lobby is spacious and clean but the rooms are dated . The furniture in my room was old but ok. For what I paid , this hotel was a bargain .
