We stayed in this hotel for 11 nights, our flight were arrived early in the morning so we did ask for early check-in. We were wait for a while but it was all wort of wait because we got an upgrade room, a suite room. The nice gentleman the staff unfortunately i can't remember his name, but he came to us and gave us the upgrade room. So thank you so much for that. Rooms was so big, we got 2 bedrooms with the nice view facing to the city view and pool. Room was clean, exactly just like what we expected. All the staff, start from Reception, service, bar, housekeeping, security, they were all friendly and very welcome. From the reception i would like to thank to Mr Fajar that helped us for extended another 1 night with the upgrade suite room. From the service i would like to thank to Mr. Aji for his brilliant excellent hospitality, he's very nice and helpful. The housekeeping were also very friendly and polite. We will definitelyl stay here again next year when we're back in Jakarta. I would highly recommend this hotel especially with their services and hospitality very friendly and this friendliness is not even for 4 star hotel but even more than 5 stars hotel. I reserved this hotel because i really loved they swimming pool so when i told this to Mr. Angga on the reception he was so amazing and they gave me a room with the view to the beautiful pool. I really appreciate Mr. Angga as he was so nice to change my room with the view for the pool. I really appreciate the staff in the hotel, as my travelling was for 2 months and always people that I met made me really happy.

Good location, clean room and a standard room is bigger than average size. Staff very helpful, can all speak English. Did the afternoon buffet one day in the restaurant and food was very nice and good value. There are always Taxi’s waiting outside the hotel so you can always easily get one.there are some good bars and restaurants nearby if you wish to go out the hotel. Pool is very big and really nice views of city.

The balcony door in the room I stayed was locked, not sure if every room the same but would of loved to have been able to sit out there and enjoy the view.

The receptionist was so kind and great, we win the guest of the month and the service was great! We had the biggest room, was having some complaint on previous room and they immediately escort us to the other room! The service from Kak Putri in Restaurant is soo great, very friendly, very kind, and caring towards the guest! Food was great. I made a feedback on my first day regarding the food that not warm enough and the next day the food is served hot! Something small but truly made our stay pleasant. Not to mention the security, and all the staffs truly amazing! Such a lovely service!!!!!

Maybe the facilities decoration looks a little bit old though it established on 2017 and the sink a little moldy but it was acceptable as it doesn’t affect our stay much.

Value for money. Conveniently located. Polite and Courteous staff. At reception, smiling Mr. Angga always ready to help you out. Quick response to the room service calls. Maintained Cleanliness. My all stays henceforth will be here for sure.

One suggestion - Add few more vegetarian dishes in breakfast.

The staff is very very professional and kind. Everyone want to help you. Everyone trying to solve any problem. A lot of staff knows English very well. Pool looks very good. Rooms are get cleaned eveyday. The size of the room is very nice. The bed feel very comfortable. I think i will come again for sure

It is located in the business district and very convenient to get anywhere from here. We also loved the big and modern swimming pool. The staff are friendly, especially the security guards. They are very helpful.

The room was rather dirty. There were many small ants in our room.

the hotel is new and clean, and its far from the main road,and its quiet enough to sleep. and the area for breakfast is nice, i can seat outside with shelf

staff were fantastic, helping me find local sport facilities and places to visit. bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. nice drinks bar across the road

hotel is recovering after pandemic, the gym was closed for example but they helped me find one nearby.

Big room with comfortable bed and big bathroom (with hot water). The staff very helpful.

The balcony was very small, and the breakfast not much varied.
