Overall room is spacious and clean. The King size bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and they do change the menu daily. Overall it is quiet, but probably due to less occupancy.

Towel for shower could be improved. It was a bit smelly. TV channel does not go according to the channel list provided, and TV reception was bad, so hardly can enjoy watching TV. The door was a bit difficult to close shut and sometime requires a hard pull or push, ended up causing a loud bang.

We were recommended to stay at Royal Kuningan because it is easily accessible to all the Government's offices. From the outside, the building looked old, but once you stepped inside, we were impressed by the interior. The grand staircase and the chandeliers are the best look of the hotel. We took the escalator to the Lobby which is on the 1st floor. The personnel during checking-in were very helpful. Checking it was fast. We booked a Double Deluxe Room. The room is spacious, with warm tones, and has a huge bed, a sofa, a coffee/tea facility, a safe box, the right number of hangers, bedroom sleepers and various channels for the TV that you can choose from. Inside the closet, there is a small door that is connected to the bathroom, it can fit a small person to pass by. I don't know what this is for. The bathroom is a little bit dated and so does the bath towels. No hand and face towels were provided. There wasn't a bathtub which is OK for me. The water that came out from the shower had a foul smell. I had to run the water for a while to let go of the smell first before taking a shower. The place to put soap and shampoo bottles was too small, so I had to put them on the shower floor. The breakfast selection was mainly 90% local Indonesian food. It would be nice to have some small packed cheese and yoghurt in a small tub that you can buy from the supermarket and a good selection of bread. The hotel doesn't provide money-changing services. In the room, you can find 3 international sockets, so you will be able to charge your phone or laptop if you have forgotten to bring an adapter. The lobby and the lounge don't use electrical sockets, which the hotel should consider to change it in future. There is a decent lounge on the ground floor that is perfect for meeting with clients and having some drinks and snacks. We didn't get the chance to try the swimming pool and the sauna, or touring the city due to our packed meeting schedule.

1) Have more selection of breakfasts. 2) International sockets at lobby, lounger & breakfast area. 3) Money-changing service for the guests.

Location at the center of city, so it's easy for me to go almost anywhere from the hotel. I personally like their Gym which quite spacious that I can use it to train my shadow boxing. The equipments are also complete even though some of the basic equipments like treadmill were not functioning properly when i was there.

There's no lift access to the car's basement parking. Another thing that was so annoying for me was the room that is not soundproof, hence you can hear almost anything from the next room, including something that you are not supposed to hear from a couple (i don't have to make it clear here).

Big clean rooms, hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. Easy to get to everywhere in the city and great location just for ease.

When we check out hotel,we other taxi blu bird ,he cheating,he took around around long way to the airport, took 3 hours from hotel royal kuningan to the airport and paid 30 dolars.Warning don`"t used blue birrd better used grab car.

Rooms are a good size and good shower.the restaurant was also fine . The hotel is close to Casablanca mall which hosts a few very good restaurants and Bars.

Well nothing , it was a bit too crowded days I was there since they hosts lots of events .

It was nice Hotel and the environment was good. The only thing is that Coffee House close early n back by 9:30pm, already close.

location at the central of the city which make it easy for me to go almost every nice culinary spots and malls within a short amount of time. Another thing that I like from this hotel was the gym facilities. It has almost all equipments that I need for my workouts.

Room seems to be old and not soundproofed. I can hear “something” (i don’t have to be explicit here) from the next room that’s quite annoying me in the middle of the night.

Nice position,nice building,helpful staff,big Swimming pool with a skyline view.if they improve The cleaning it will be perfect.
