The rooms were good and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Sandwiches for breakfast were nice. Nice bar and resto downstairs. Most of the staff were very welcoming. We got a room upgrade on check in and made no issue of 4 people in the 2 bedroom suite even though booking.com would only allow 3 people.

Quite noisy in the room from the road outside even though we were on the 6th floor. No ramp from the drop off to the lobby for luggage or wheelchair access. Breakfast was limited but this may have been due to our stay was during Ramadhan.

Modern, spacious apartments. Clean and well presented. Good value for its size.

Bathroom had moisture going through the walls. Breakfast was cold, therefore tasteless. Had to ask 3 times for HOT coffee. Staff were apathetic. It could have been a lot better.

Basically clean, spacious and generally everything as expected, if not even better. The room is great, it has all that one would need, and it's quite new and not so worn out.

there is only one elevator, and sometimes you gotta wait for a long time for it, only to realise its actually full. So yeah, if you're a higher floor, this is inconvenient.

Old building , not enough tissue , towel , you should improve your housekeeper knowledge. Main bed room noisy with their own outdoor aircond. Kitchen has no proper set up

The new part of the hotel is good, all perfect.

I was first 2 night in the old part of the hotel. This part is impossible to stay in.

Room is great and location is very close to where the event I participated in was held.

Unfortunately the swimming pool in the roof top was closed

Wonderful Staff front desk and Hotel is safe, clean and more than Comfort. I will come back to it in my next Trip

Got upgraded to a 2 bedroom, so even much more space. Used to be Aston apartments that they converted in Hotel/Suite Big size with everything working perfectly and modern
