Spacious room with excellent city-center views of Jakarta from the windows, even a window in the bathroom. Thorough cleaning, and there is the essential equipment to prepare food. The staff is very friendly, cheerful, and attentive. Breakfast is varied, tasty, and not spicy hot. A large gym with a view of the city, many treadmills and exercise machines, and a roomy swimming pool.

The hotel team works hard to maintain the atmosphere, but it is clear that the renovation is cosmetic; the interior finishes are old and worn in places. The Marriott brand sets higher expectations. Nevertheless, it was comfortable enough for dining, sleeping, and working.

My stay is the Re-Staycation in Mayflower since I know what is worth to stay with. The unit condition perfectly accommodate what I and my family need. well equip for the pantry needs and very clean. The location is walking distance to several interesting places and make my morning run start earlier. I will not hesitate to re-book this property, event I already have a plan to stay with my colleague in next month.

So far nothing bid deal and handled well, I just a bit un-comfy with the night sound caused by motorbike sounds. I know it's hard to handle from the property side, since I believe that the soundproof was there and provided in good quality.

The ambience of this property is so welcoming, it feels like it was designed to be our second home. The team was also very helpful, and they provided us everything we needed. Especially for Mr. Wawan and the other front office team that, unfortunately, I forgot the name. The room they gave us was spacious and had an amazing view of Sudirman Street. Very recommend to enjoy the facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzis, and also the sauna. A few things could be improved; the kitchen utensils need to be added more. And the noise from the street—maybe we have to be prepared as it could make a bit uncomfortable for sleep (for some guests, maybe they can tolerate it). Overall, it was a great experience we had there and will come back someday.

Exemplary customer service, even though I was alone and visited the city for the first time never felt lonely as all the personnel were friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, loved the water filter feature in the rooms and lovely views. Ms. Vonny and a male front desk manners were especially helpful on May 1, when I needed to go to my friend's wedding in the morning.

The breakfast format is a new one and needs time to get into a proper flow. More tables may help.

Very spacious and with a 35th floor clear view of Jalan Sudirman & Jakarta city skyline especially alive at night. The master bedroom has 2 corner full height windows which opens out the space outwards & the single room is cozy and right sized. Each bedrooms & living room have a TV each with cable channels, not smart TV though but it’s ok as quite a range of selection already. All the staffs are extremely friendly and super responsive - we highlighted a crack in the electric kettle and it was replaced within an hour. We really didn’t hear any traffic noises despite the main road below, our bed was firm and comfy we probably slept through it all so it doesn’t matter even if it’s true. But the best part is the location - there’s a MRT entrance (ie. Setiabudi Astra station) right in front of the building, Jakarta shopping areas are just 2-3 stops either direction, and the airport rail connecting station (ie. Dukuh Atas BNI station) is just one stop north.

Expected to do laundry but there wasn’t any washing machine provided. The laundry service offer is in our opinion very expensive. However, as our return trip is only a day away, we chose to do laundry once home so this is really not an issue to us.

The location is excellent, with a subway station right in front. The breakfast buffet and dinner menus were not extensive but had something for everyone and we ate several meals in the restaurant. The pool was great - a requirement as that is my main exercise when on work trips. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was fine but "city side" rooms could be very noisy at night from the motorcycle traffic on the street, especially 11-2 am. Some nights are worse than others. Needed my noise cancelling earbuds one night.

The location is very convenient, right in front of an MRT station and the view from the apartment is nice over the city. The pool, gym, sauna and spa are also wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The kitchen was very sparsely fitted out. The cost for an extra bed for my son is pretty steep. The restaurant is basic and room service very expensive, as are the beauty services. No major issues but little things made the place feel a bit worn and not quite a 5 star experience.

The breakfast was very good. We also liked the huge and comfortable room in 29th floor with a breathtaking view over the city. It was just amazing. And we are very pleased we got a free room upgrade. Personal was very kind as well.

Two small things: first the smell in the rooms were sometimes a bit chemical. And second the windows were not so well soundproofed, so you could hear the street quite loudly at night.

We stayed 2 times. At the first time on the 29th floor somehow the corridor (not the unit) on that floor smelled like a smoking room. The second time we stayed on the 31st floor and asked for a non-smoking unit. This time no smell on the corridor on that floor. It is an old apartment building however still very well maintained.
