I traveled with my old Mom, and we were helped, we like the younger staffs, personally they looks like good person with good intentions, and good hospitality. And they don't see where you came and how old, they will help.. They helped my mom even when I am not around. It means a lot to me and I appreciate it so much 🙏🏻.

I don't like the older guy that on charge in the second shift in reservation desk, he told me unnecessary bad informations that wouldn't even happened to me, and he talked in loud tone so everyone in the lobby could hear. His way of scaring me doesn't made my mood good that day. He never smiles, even at once.. I never saw him smiling to anyone. He put attitude towards every guest that come to reservation desk asking about something.

i really enjoyed my stay. Only intended a few days but extended to 2 weeks. Best stay in Jakarta close to city centre, electric bus is close and easy,cheap way to get from place to place. There are many street food stalls out front. Had balcony and view of Jakarta sky scrapers. Enjoyed waking up to the call for prayer.

The only thing that i did not like was being told that the delux room had terrace/balcony and it just had small window. The standard room has a balcony and better value in my opinion.

Water discharge from AC was making waterlogging in Balcony Room No 321

Breakfast was not available in the Hotel. There were many options for breakfast in surroundings.
