This is an excellent, very large hotel. It is within walking distance of a mall and several office complexes. Since our meetings were mainly there it was all very handy. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, great views, and with large bathrooms. All in all it is pretty much what you would expect and also pay for.

There isn't much to dislike at this price level but for the mattress which was on the hard side for me. But that's more a matter of preference than that there's anything wrong with this per se. Personally I find services like courtesy calls from staff to ask if I need anything and like the room a nuisance. Especially when I have actually indicated not to be disturbed (there's a button you can press for that which I would assume the system downstairs informs the staff also of).

We almost booked somewhere else but stumbled upon this gem—and I’m SO glad we did! This hotel was a quiet oasis and the perfect getaway for our family. The rooms were lovely and offered great amenities for the price. As a young family, we especially appreciated the thoughtful facilities like the pool and kids' area. While we’d love to see the kids' activity space expanded in the future, our little one still had a great time! The staff were another highlight—always welcoming, friendly, and truly seemed happy to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. We’ll definitely be saving this place to return to again!

While the breakfast and restaurant prices were fair for what was offered, we did find that the overall price of the food was on the higher side. Also, a small detail—but we noticed a bit of dust on the bedside lamps and ceiling fixtures. A quick polish on those little areas would really elevate the overall cleanliness.

Breakfast was nice, very friendly staff with nice smiles and greetings every where I go. They Can Speak English specially beautifully service from a young lady called Arini , great location close to city . Yes I would highly recommend this place.

If the front a counter not giving me too many reminders to pay your bills so often, we could settle it in total when the check out time comes

Comfortable bed and pillows. They also provide ear plug and pillow menus which we enjoyed the option to choose. I can stream netflix from the tv. Breakfast spread was great with many selection of indonesian, western, Japanese and korean. Friendly and helpful staff. Central location. Gym equipment are pretty good. Swimming pool rather small and not olympic size.

Bathroom drained was not 100% cleaned the next day.

Very comfortable executive suite. The hotel accommodated our party of 4 with the requested adjoining rooms which made all the difference for us. The pool and spa and breakfast were really good. We all loved the selection and quality of food at breakfast. The staff were all helpful and always smiling. The bathroom situation was also very nice with options for both shower and bath. The location was very nice as was the views from the hotel. Lobby was clean and lively.

There was a big wedding party at the hotel when we stayed and although it was not an issue with it being very busy, it was inconvenient that we had no access to the jimbaran garden. It meant that if you didn't want to sit in your room, you had to stay in the lobby part which was very congested with all the wedding guests. The pool towels are in need of changing, all discoloured and tired looking it really let's down the place. Late check out options would have been welcomed as an international guest with 17+hours onwards travel we would have appreciated the gesture. Also, the room size was a bit of a squeeze, we had the executive twin room yet there was space only for one suitcase to be opened. One armchair...it's little attentions like this that took away from the experience.

Simply everything. The very friendly and helpful staff. The upgrade to the beautiful and spacious room we got. The great restaurants. We have been to this hotel so many times and have never been disappointed. For us, it's the clear number one in Jakarta.

Location was convenient to Plaza and Grand Indonesia malls. Also in heart of business district. Close to mrt/lrt too. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Excellent service! Highly recommend the breakfast buffet as selection was diverse. It even had Japanese and Korean breakfast options which is rare for an Indonesian hotel.

All are well setup, clean, all kinds of food in nice indoor-outdoor restaurant, romantic, bar with nice circle design, comfort seats, pool available for adults and kids. Friendly staffs. Great stay!

Slow and took long time to get taxi. Staff knowledges of local availability or touring. When ask for something like half-day tour, one day tour, there was no information helped.

The hospitality from the staffs are amazing, everyone smiles and greets us. Location is great, in the middle of the capital.

Not at all but just a small detail of cleanliness in the room, like sometimes there are dusts on the table and shelves
