Sakura Terrace is like a hidden gem spot in the middle of the city. The location is quite secluded inside the alley of Setiabudi area, but still relatively easy to find using Google Maps. It is also reachable using motorcycle taxi or car, albeit if you using public transport it would be a bit tricky. The hotel/small apartment is located near food stalls and convenience store, so you would find it very comfortable. It is also still situated in the Central Jakarta, which means the location itself is superb! Me and my friends really love the interior of the room, it's a loft with queen bed upstair and sofa bed downstair with a lot of storage. Plus there's microwave and fridge included in a tiny kitchenette. My favorite thing about the place is, they have cute friendly cat that usually linger in the lobby area and welcome you with the sweetest meow. Love it. Also they have small rooftop for you to enjoy sunset and Jakarta's skyline.

The only down side of the place is the stairs are quite narrow so you need to be careful.

The room is super clean, lots of storage spaces, helpful staffs (they even changed the whole sofa when i only asked for sheets to cover the ripped parts of the old sofa), the rooftop has nice view but limited seats, and it is surrounded by lots of food vendors (i didnt find anything i like though).

The parking is quite complicated but the securities sure were helpful. Its still weird for me to have no kettle in the room, i didn't really enjoy having to get out of my room to get hot water from the shared water dispenser, and the access door in the basement isnt always closed properly. Overall it was an excellent stay, however the room rate could be more affordable.

All was quite good. The room was spacious with the living room downstairs and bedroom on the mini mezzanine. Its cleanliness was good, it just need some visual improvements to make the room looks comfortable

I don't really into the bathroom. So small and had no equipment to put your towel stay there. Im a lil bit dissapointed with the staff but thankful as well, just because they found my lost things in the room I've stayed. But sadly, they didn't inform me about it until I realized I lost something after 6 hours from check out time, so I came back to the accomodation which it took time quite long (from airport to center of Jakarta. It was my mistake, however the staff should let me know if this kind of case happen since they have the guests number when they ask in the check in time.

Absolute rip off. The room is really small and not what it looks like in pics. We paid almost 600k rupiah for a night and it was a complete waste of time and money. Broken sofa, tiny bathroom absolute claustrophobia
