Clean and nice place to stay. The staff specialy security so nice

Well the towel need to change everyday. I stay for 3 days.. only 1 towel thet give, actually i already put the towel at a closet its mean i need the new one

I didn't expect the studio apartment to be so spacey with such price. They have everything in the room– dining table for 2, electric stove, 2-door refrigerator, huge wardrobe, Android TV, et that make it easy for us to store and reheat our take-aways, eat, store our luggage, and chill. Staffs are nice, especially the security guys who were so helpful and all smiley. Felt like we're at our own home. Secured parking are at the basement for cars. Close to many street food vendors, laundry, 24-hour mart.

AC isn't cold. Hot shower takes so long. No mineral water provided.

The room was spacious. The interior was so nice and homey. I love that the room has 2 long windows (even tho they are not the one-way type. There's also a public pantry where you can get drinking water for free (it's such a hassle to stock up on bottled water when you're staying in a hotel, right?).

I could hear the noise on the road loud and clear. I guess the window's sealings weren't good enough. Also, there were so many small ants on the desk.

good place for stay at Center Jakarta, but its only accomodate for max 2 people/room, anyway it'll be better if we can customize it for more than 2ppl/room

I didn't really understand how the receptionist welcoming guests. When I was there, they didn't looks ready for it.

good location, near by Grand Indonesia. the security guard is very helpful

the room is very dirty, there’s hair on the floor, table is dusty, there’s spider wed on the ceiling. there was no receptionist.

AC didn't work, it is so hot during the night & i couldn't sleep at all.

The facilities are different from the pictures on this site.
