Breakfast was great. Lots of varieties, from local to western. They even have a section for pork (bacon and sausages) which is good. At least they cater to all different cultures/religion. Special shout out to: Adel, Ayu, Idan, Nadila, Frenjo, Devina and all the staff at the Exec Lounge for making my stay so comfortable.

It's not that I didn't like it, but the hotel at this point is doing some renovation to the Exec Club floor and they have a temporary Lounge on the Ground floor. No doubt once the Exec Club is renovated, it would be very good. Looking forward to enjoying the new Club in a few months' time.

Great service staff, rooms were excellent. The WhatsApp valet feature was very nice. I really appreciate the kindness and help offered during my stay, particularly because I reached Jakarta without my luggage for 1 day.

I shared this feedback with staff, but because I landed without my luggage I did request a few essential items from the hotel. A few essential items like sanitary napkins for women were not available. Since it was 4am in the morning and I was new to the city, I did not wish to step out. Such essential items should be readily available with housekeeping staff.

Housekeeping needs improvement. Room curtain not closing properly and no one picked up phone at 11.00 PM, neither call back. Had to sleep in lights filtering from windows. However, was sorted out by Manager in morning. Was offered upgrade by FO Manager which was humbly declined by me. Else all good

The Club room was well appointed with personalized concierge service. The attendants in the Club Lounge were all very friendly and service was attentive. The breakfast there was delicious and filling. The buffet in the coffee shop had a wide variety of cuisines. My favorites were the Indonesian iced desserts and the attendant in charge was always so friendly and amused by my love for their delicious sweets. I apologize for not citing the names of this attendant and the young lady in the Club lounge but I lost my notes. They were absolutely lovely and represented the hotel very well.

The location is not ideal as you cannot walk anywhere and need to take a car to explore.

I stayed at Le Meridien in Jakarta for 6 nights. The breakfast was good, they offer different variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also like the coffee shop inside the hotel. The pool was good.

i stayed at Le Meridien twice. The first stay was 6 nights and the second time was for one night. The room they put in needs repair so i am sure they will take care of it soon. The French pastries that were served at breakfast were not French at all during my first stay. I said this because Le Meridien is a French hotel chain and they should retain some aspects of French food and culture. I voiced my disappointment with the pastry chef and when i returned for the second stay, i have noticed that they have improved the pastries a bit. They also offer shuttle ride to the airport that costs less than Blue Bird taxi, small move, Le Meridien.

The hotel is lovely and the service is impeccable. Very helpful and friendly staff that made me feel very welcome. The breakfast is outstanding with an amazing array of international cuisine choices. It has a very nice gym, sauna, and spa. I had two fantastic massages during my stays. There is also a very nice coffee bar located in the restaurant.

I have stayed there many times. Since Marriot took over, the service standard has gone to another level. The buildings are not new but the rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, food is great and the staff are exceptional.

I was at the hotel over the weekend for Blackpink 2023 concert.The water pressure was superbb and the room i had have both shower and bath tub..how cool is that?It was easy to get gojek & grab and the hotel is near to Gelora Bung Sukarno stadium where the concert was,Grand Indonesia mall and Plaza Indonesia mall so it was kinda relief!Your receptionist staff was outstanding and also your kitchen staff where i had my breakfast and dinner..kudos Le Meredian..i shall come again!

The furniture looks kinda old but the good water pressure covered all that lol n i slept like a baby..

The Hotel is beautiful and I especially loved how the staff was so attentive and kind. The food was delicious especially the breakfast buffet. Thank you so much to Jesslyn for being so sweet and making my short stay so memorable.
