Batavia has been a regular place for our visit pre covid. It was a natural choice again. Facilities like gym swimming pool etc are well maintained

Security at the time of checkin is in cash. Quite an outdated thing. They used to accept card, now going to medieval ages Restaurant service is slow. We specifically told that we have to catch a flight and if we can get the coffee fast during breakfast. Finally had to leave coffee as they just don't understand urgency.

Location was excellent. Room was clean and functional. The check in was good. very helpful gate keepers to get me grab bikes!

For stayed in residents the 24hrs security from entering the apartment to assessing the lift lobby using room cards are very welcoming. The simple breakfast spread included for the valued price paid was appreciating.

The apartment needs to be inspected thoroughly and all defects be properly repaired if refurbishing cost is too much for the owners to bear. I find it quite sad to see the deteoriating state of the apartment and would not recommend to visitors with a slightly higher budget for a more comfortable stay

Some item was too old to replace. For example, the hot water kettle. It's had some bed smell inside. Anyway, I had called the front staff to replace a new for me and thank you.

The security guards were friendly and helpful but not the front desk only a few people are friendly but the rest not really.

I paid quite expensive and under my expectation because what in the photos was totally looked different. The furnitures was old. On my last day in the apt, I asked 2x bottle of water for my brother to take his medication around 9am because I couldn’t get water from Alfa and it was really heavy rain at that time. I asked the house keeping but they said that I’m not allowed because I’m going to check out soon. Yes I’m checking out at 12 but I’m still your guest and bottle of water is nothing even I offered for paying the water. So I’m really disappointed with your service.
