We stayed here to do the Mount Batur Trekking! The staff were so welcoming and offered a longer tour that explored the different craters from the volcanos. When we got to the summit, the staff made sure we had somewhere quiet away from the crowds. The room was comfortable and the shower was warm. The staff also took us on their motorbikes to the local hot springs which was a really fun and unique experience.

The food the hotel offered was limited and didn’t taste good. I’d definitely recommend brining your own food as there isn’t anywhere close to eat as an alternative.

Absolutely AMAZING! The best costumer service I have ever experienced. The place is so cute and intimate with friendly locals all around. WiFi works great and if I could rate them 10/5 I would! It’s a super calm and quiet area away from tourists. There are vegetable and fruit plantations around the bungalows and a few minutes walk away you can find suuuuper fresh and delicious greens, straight from soil to your hand. The staff is also super helpful with setting up sunrise tours and transportation to the natural hot springs which I really recommend. They would regularly check up on me to see if there was anything they could do for me or anything I needed. Got free coffe, tea and bottled water as well as freshly made breakfast everyday. I will definitely bring my friends and family and come back for a few days of pure relaxation away from the tourism and traffic that so many other places offer. The bungalows are tastefully decorated and super cozy with huge bathrooms (with flush toilets and hot water which according to my driver wasn’t very common in this area) I used grab to get there and Gojek to get back but they also offered to book me a local driver in case I couldn’t find one on the app. Honestly you get so much more than you pay for! Thank you for having me 💕 And my recommendation would be to put a small carnivorous plant in each bungalow for the occasional fly that gets inside 😉

Absolutely nothing if was amazing

Great view and a really friendly and helpful staff. Opening breakfast earlier because we needed to leave more early and driving you anywhere you want. Also the pool and outdoor eating places were very nice.

The atmosphere was great and we noticed that they really tried their best to make a perfect place, but here and there the room had some maintenance to do.

We stayed for one night at Batur Panorama and everything was perfect we wish we could have stayed longer! The place is beautiful and the surroundings so relaxing. Our hosts were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Must stay in Batur, shops near and great location for a sunrise hike up mont Batur. Thanks so much again for such a wonderful time and we hope to come back!

The view is very natural, with a mountain view right at the swimming pool. the view is perfect and the staff are very friendly and attentive. they are ready to help with everything. we really enjoy the atmosphere here.

Room facilities and room cleanliness need to be paid attention to, especially linen needs to always be considered for its aroma and cleanliness. The rest is perfect!

The property was nestled in the middle of farmland, with an incredible view of Mount Batur (of course). You feel connected to the land, while still being comfortable. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was fantastic. We have to shoutout Saja, who was our guide up Mount Batur. He was just the best. Generous, knowledgeable, professional, caring, hilarious. By the far the best person we’ve met in Bali. TEAM SAJA!!

One thing only. Because the property is surrounded by farmland, there are flies buzzing around from 8am-6pm. Just annoying, but nothing devastating.

The staffs are 💯 dedicated to make your stay comfortable. They are so humble and nice people.. they go all the way out to make our stay comfortable despite some minor hiccup during our stay. Love the attitude of the staffs, love the people of Kintamani.

We stayed in the family villa with private pool. The house design is very pretty. Could be fantastic if they could pay a little more attention to keep the villa cleaner.

This is a unique property. We came through the black lava field road which was an adventure in itself! Our driver had taken a short cut. The chalet style accommodation is exactly as Booking.com outlined. The view of Batur is amazing. Staff organised scooters for us to explore lakeside villages and also a volcano trip that enabled me to go in the jeep and my husband to do the three hour+ climb of Batur. Staff are absolutely amazing 🤩. Note the hot pools in the village which are part of the volcano expedition are a hidden gem. Do take time to enjoy.

Probably just distance from other restaurants. Need a scooter or car. The surroundings(working onion farm) are beautiful in their serenity. So it would be great to have a track to take a morning walk through such scenery.

The staff led by Saja and Gede could not make us feel more welcome. They organised our climb/trek to the top of Mt Batur Volcano. We asked for patience and kindness, and we got more than that, an experience so amazing. We are 55 and 63 years, slow, steady and gently. Our guides were wonderful. The food is made by the young male staff, it is plain and tasty. This is a rustic, rural, quiet property. Pool views in all directions will take your breathe away. If you ask for cappuccino, yum. The staff is fantastic. I hope they will not overly commercialise the area. We have made lifelong friends and will be back.

The young male staff are trying to learn more English, so be patient. Sometimes , wyfi, electricity, water, goes out but not for long. If you want all the mod cons stay away from Batur. If you want beautiful memories ......book this place

the view is beautiful!!! just be aware it is pretty remote from restaurants and things to do unless you have a car. staff is very nice and helpful.

there were lots of mosquitos and biting flies. not sure if that’s because you’re surrounded by onion fields or time of year or what but just be aware. we couldn’t spend time outside because of it. there’s nothing that can be done to prevent that I know, I’m just writing it so others go into the reservation knowing that. I booked this location based on the view and wanting to spend all our time outside so I was bummed I couldn’t. again, nothing that can be done about it, just be aware.
