The both young ladies who were responsible for the service made their best to provide me with everything I needed during my stay. The room, the area and the pool were always clean and looked cozy. I was provided with breakfast and could order dinner for me and my friends who came to visit. The bed was harder than usual in hotel, which I loved! Big shower, clean liniens and towels, kettle, coffee and tea in the room. It was all in all a great stay in this family led villa.

The road to the villa is bumpy. Also there are a lot of flies in the area. Both are things the hotel has no influence on, but are important to consider. Communicating in English might be a little struggle, but was still way better than in many places in the area.

A beautiful villa with four detached bungalows (of which we rented three simultaneously). Very spacious rooms which are reasonably well equipped. Nice bathrooms, a great pool and stunning views on the surroundings. The staff can prepare breakfast and dinner, which is basically mandatory since there are almost no other options.

The accomodation is far from restaurants, shops or activities so you'll need a driver. Several bungalows (especially the one in the back) have a drain odor problem and none of them have sufficient hot water. A small fridge or cold drinking water would have been nice. The reception was really unfriendly (even though we notified them of a later arrival) and although this gradually improved, communication with the staff always seemed a little difficult.

The property was very quiet and relaxing. The pool was great and really clean. The views were amazing with the volcanos close by. The villas are on family property which is also farmed so it felt like being closer to Balinese culture than just being in a resort or something. We could actually watch the family preparing the land to plant the next crop of shallots.

The little village closest to the villas is not the nicest village I saw in Bali - there's a lot of rubbish on the streets and everywhere. There are really no facilities such as shops or restaurants within walking distance of the villas. However, there are other villages with restaurants etc just a few kilometres away which would be easy to reach with a scooter or car. We had all our meals at the villas, although options were a little limited, especially for vegetarians.

The view from the room is exceptional! You can see the lake and mountain view from the swimming pool. The villa is pretty small and so it felt very private (which is great!). Overall it was a nice experience to stay and I would recommend anyone this villa to stay around Kintamani area.

The bugs are very annoying. If you open the door/glass, the bugs will come into your room. The swimming pool was not being turned on 24/7 so there were insects on the water surface (but it was solved soon after the water pump was being turned on). But personally it's not a big deal.

Everything was clean. The staff were friendly. The location is hidden with a decent view of the lake and farm fields. Each villa is really nice.

There was a bit of a smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. And the water pump for the pool was right behind the villa which was very annoying.

Breakfast very good. Staff really kind and friendly- nothing was too much trouble for them. They really cared and looked after us.

Shower was cold on arrival but improved. May be a bit more choice for food menu.

We came for the trekking in Mont Batur, the hotel is really well located. The owner was super helpful and really kind with us, The hotel offers the package with the trekking, the visit of a coffee plantation and all the transfers are included for a really good price ! We highly recommend this place !

The bungalow was really big with a very comfortable bed and superb view. Greatly enjoyed the swimming pool and cooler temperatures than on the rest of the island. The staff was very kind and helpful as well as cooking beautifully.

There were many flies due to the many crops around, but that's everywhere in Batur caldera, not the property's fault at all.

It's my second time visiting this villa, it's amazing with special surprises they made on my birthday. Thanks a lot team.

A nice place to discover Mount Batur. We did some hiking through the rural parts of the village. The stuff is helpful and will organize any tour or ride you need.
