Angel, the Hotel Manager did everything possible for my friend and I whilst we stayed at Kristal Hotel - all staff were delightful, Saturday morning traditional music was super and in short a great stay. I would only stay there if in Kupang in the future

i like big cozy room with city view. The swimming pool looks nice but did not have chance to try due to limited time. Gorgeous view upon rooftop coffee shop during sunset .. trully gorgeous .. trully peacefull

The bathtub dirty and hot water not working at night. Since i always shower late night before sleep unfortunately hot water not working. The room has carpet on floor which looks dark color and dirty. Better keep floor without carpet.

Lovely cool pool to relax in after warm day sight seeing. Room good size, with nice balcony. Nice to sit and watch sunset. Breakfast nice, plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Very polite and welcoming.
