Very clean, great WiFi, very friendly and quick to respond staff

Not their fault, but the noise by the neighbors and other customers. Very late at night and loud customers out in the hall. Maybe signs to remind others to be courteous at night. TV sound quality is terrible. No Netflix, no streaming services.

Our room was nice, clean and modern, location very close to airport, shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have drop off and pick up from airport free of charge.

Most of the guests are tourists but there is no travel desk at the hotel to help them. If someone wants to hire a private car with English speaking driver the frontline staff has no idea or contact numbers of such operators. We could find the car with the help of a local restaurant manager.

The improvement in compares to our last stay, the team Ms. Grace - FO leader; Ms. Masmi- Restaurant, Mr. Dewa and Mr. Putra - HK for making the beautiful bed and birthday decorations, it’s very cute and much appreciated. Ms. Masmi from FB- she recognised us and gave us full smile when seeing us, we felts like being back home: thank you and well done 👍

During our entire stay we were greeted with friendly smiling staff who were accommodating especially Restaurant staff who made items for us which were not normally available. Would even make the food to our test. We are really run out of words to praise the staffs

The decor of the hotel looks a bit outdated and needs refreshing. The mini fridge in the room didn't chill.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had dropped my wallet in reception, upon my return to the hotel the reception desk had notified me about my wallet and returned it to me. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were very comfortable

The shower did not work, however the hand shower did work and was very good. There were ants in the room, however, we notified the hotel and they immediately sent a cleaning crew.

Pretty amazing place, quiet, relaxing, staff are incredibly friendly, buffet breakfast have every single thing you want and so does restaurant, staff accommodating, prices reasonable Rooms are perfect size, larger than medium, beds comfortable and inside they have a high desk Shower hot and well flowing, design very good Very clean, lots of teas and confees in the room, they had no problem replacing the water when I asked Also the two receptoons i encountered here were Windu and Lia. They make everyone feel at home and are very concerned about customer happiness 11/10

Honestly everything was excellent for me, only thing is that the gym is tiny but you can still make do

the room was lovely and clean,very quiet ,big comfy bed,nice sheets pillows and towels,good wifi, we had a small balcony which was only standing room but still lovely for views and sunrise,the buffet breakfast was really good,lots to choose from,quality food,the rooftop pool was very well appointed with a lovely breeze, nice sun loungers, …we will stay there again, you can walk to restaurant and the esplanade area

The staff are outstanding. Great service. The place is amazing for a functional stay, it has everything you need. A good restautant, gym, rooftop pool, room service - and close to the airport!

It’s more functional and lacks atmosphere and elegance - but great value for money and I would always come back if I need to be close to the airport.
