I did not encounter any negative experience during my stay as what people complaining about in most of the past reviews, i mean this hotel is worth the money, cheap but comes with EXCELLENT facilities, close to shops, market, foods what can you ask for more? Breakfast repeatable? Then just go ahead plenty of next door warung! The staff is super friendly, helpful welcomed us and assisted our baggage into the room, provided everything we need, I don’t see anything too concerned about. The only thing we can hear someone next door is because we get the ‘connecting’ room which i understand because i have been staying in hotel for many places before and this one is also the best. Room amenities is completed.

Nothing negative experience

We love staying at this place before we leave to go home from our holiday. Close to the airport, laundry service and restaurants. Great coffee here and perfect for late flight checkouts. We love the spa bath in the room!

Not a fan of the buffet breakfast. Although a nice place, unfortunately this was the most expensive stay we had in Bali. There’s a dog nearby that barks at night time, so annoying and hard not to notice.

It's a very comfortable hotel, where you feel at home.

No specific issue other than the need for flexibility concerning check-in schedule (from 2:00 p.m.) when you get to the hotel earlier (like 11:00 a.m.)! Of course, flexibility should be there when rooms are available.

The location was prefect less than 2km from the airport. Lots of shops and restaurants. Laundry facilities and pub next door. Food was excellent and plenty of choice for breakfast/brunch. Very friendly staff and high standard of cleanliness

No issues to complain about

Comfortable bed, luxurious breakfast, adorable staff, 10% discount on the (excellent) craft beer bar & restaurant, try the leechee ale!

Window on a blind wall, no natural light

The location was convenient, the bed was comfy and the air-conditioning worked well. Spacious room, walk in shower.

The pool was always busy and it's a rooftop pool so be mindful with about 5 people in it it's already quite congested. Breakfast was quite boring, basic black coffee, only iced tea and orange juice.. no options of bacon, sausage or hash browns.

The room was excellent! So big and loved having the bath tub in the room, seperate to the shower. Large fridge and great location. Great customer service and coffee! Close to the airport, cost $2.30AUD for taxi through GoJek.

The air con took a long time to cool the room down, it seemed too small for the room itself. Breakfast was average.

Amazing swimming pool on the rooftop.The hotel is just in front of the airport, so it is really easy and quick if you need to catch a flight. Just ten minutes by taxi. Breakfast is a 10/10: a lot of options and very good quality. The lobby is so chic!

The mattress was old and not in so good condition

I stayed here for about a week to recover from a bad flu. The staff was so kind and helpful, delivering the food and medicines I would order, multiple times per day. Super efficient whatsapp number to contact reception. Rooms are comfortable, tasteful and clean.
