First impressions - magnificent! Great staff mannerisms, very helpful and kind. Location close to airport, beautiful pool, building all clean and tidy and superb value for money. Very quiet and serene room with everything I needed

Compared to the beautiful property and rooms, the bathroom was a huge let down. Poor shower head, smelly drains and although the ventilation seemed on, it didn’t remove the foul smell. The neighbourhood is full of stray dogs who bark menacingly at passer-bys. For me this is a deal breaker. I may need to leave the hotel because of this..

Close to Bali Airport with efficient 24/7 Service. Clean, basic but cheap and comfy enough to get off delayed flights from Australia, have a showers get three hours kip and get a very early flight to Sulawasi. Gardens and pool looked lovely as we stumbled in at 2 in the morning. Super cheap and good value really. let to early for breakfast, but that would have been a bonus at half the price.

Pillows were a bit huge, but I had a travel one so survived. Bathrooms in the tropics always smell a bit manky, but it was clean so thats all you can ask for. Hot water didnt work in the morning - again thats life in Indo so I was happy with the refresh before embarking on our next travel leg.

Stayed 1 night before a morning flight. Booked just the day before and they still had rooms available. I thought I would hear planes flying above all the time, but actually it was quiet at night. The airport is just a 15-mins walk, doable with luggage. This is much better than worrying as to how long it would take to get to the airport from Ubud by car (I stayed the previous nights at Ubud, but chose to stay close to the airportthe last night). The room was fine, the anti mosquito appliance was provided. The hotel had a small garden with some traditional structures/temples with beautiful carvings.

I had little time, walked around the hotel but somehow didn't find the swimming pool. The toiletries were provided in some old bottles which didn't look nice, I preferred using my own. No mini-fridge in the room.

Great location!! It's 5 minutes or less (no traffic) to the airport. A few minutes walk to the main Rd, which is close proximity to restaurants, Lippo mall, and even the beach. Very convenient! The staff were kind , friendly & helpful. Thank you. It may need some updating, BUT our room was clean, comfortable & spacious. It served its purpose. I travelled with my nephew & there was a little play area next to reception. My nephew loved this & it kept him busy while we had breakfast ( which was decent). Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

There was no iron available at all in the whole place. They did offer laundry service that do iron, but I prefer to do it myself.

The property is close to the airport. The room was spacious and had everything I needed for a short stay. The kettle and coffee in the room was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The property is very unique and gives you a real Bali feel. I loved the numerous little temples and the authentic Balinese architecture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Because it is so hidden from any main roads, it was very quiet and peaceful.

Providing 2 towels per room will be a great help, especially on rainy days when towels don't dry very quickly. The information book pages were torn and had seen better days. Perhaps tell guests that you need to ask for the room to be cleaned, I only saw the small print in the book after the fact. The gorgeous buildings/temples will present better if everything lying around is stored away and dirty linen kept somewhere out of the public eye.

The place is in a very central area, you can reach everything very easily. The place is good value for money. They make everything that guest would feel comfortable. The breakfast is nice they have at least four types. The hosts are super nice and helpful they helped me organize lots of things. Also I didn’t drive the motorbike so for fair money they took me to different places and picked me up as well. Good for solo travelers as well.

The bathroom sometimes smelled a bit but I heard that it can happen in Indonesia.

The hotel is located about 10 min walking from the airport which is convenient especially when you arrive at night. There is 24 hours front desk to help with check in at any time (much appreciated). I liked the territory of the hotel, decorations and the pool. It was beautiful and refreshing after long flight. The rooms are accurate and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Great value for money!

The towels were worn and had turned grey, likely from frequent washing. There was also a slight smell in the bathroom. The reception staff were not as welcoming as we had hoped. However, these were minor issues, especially considering the very affordable price.

Stayed twice at Kutaya Hotel, and on every visit we stayed for up to 2 weeks. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed, the stunning view, the pool just outside my room, the cleanliness, and the room service. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach, easy access to the supermarket, warongs for local food & beautiful surroundings, It made exploring the area very convenient. Overall, my stay was incredibly enjoyable, and I would highly recommend The Kutaya to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay that nearer to the airport. Really friendly staff and great value for money. We stayed here after a long flight and with it being 15 mins walk from the airport it was the perfect place to rest up before heading onto our next location. The breakfast was also brilliant and included in the price - though we only stayed for one night, we felt really safe and well looked-after in that time.

Bathroom was a little basic but we knew it wasn't going to be the best for the price and from the photos. It didn't affect our stay at all.

Very clean and organised.
