Very convenient location to the airport (yet no airport noise) - free shuttle was ready with no waiting around and prompt/professional drop off to hotel. Staff were very attentive. Room was very clean and well stocked. While in a lively area, the hotel was very quiet/peaceful. Buffet breakfast was excellent, as was the hotel restaurant. Spa was fantastic - great massage and easy to book. Door staff and security were excellent - even assisted in crossing the road if busy with traffic. Located across from supermarket so can stock up on snacks / fruit / drinks if needed. Pool and lounges were very relaxing. Highly recommend.

I stayed for 1 night before I departed from Bali, as the hotel is close to the airport. The room was nicely decorated and in keeping with the Bali theme whilst having modern luxuries. My room opened directly to the pool area, which was handy. The pool has a nice depth and size with an additional in-water elevated 'lounger type area' which would be fabulous on a hot/sunny day. The pool's waterfall feature was soothing and meant any street traffic noise was at an absolute minimum (TBH, I don't recall hearing any traffic) The breakfast, which was included in the room rate, offered a huge selection of hot and cold options and was tasty. There's a fantastic dining/drinking area at the front of the restaurant, which is roadside - where a few tables/chairs sit in ankle-deep water, meaning you get to soak your feet whilst eating/drinking and watching the passersby....I enjoyed sitting here on my last night in Bali. The Margaritas are superb, and the complimentary taxi service to the airport was a bonus, making the whole transfer seamless and hassle-free!

If I was staying in Kuta a little longer, I would have preferred to be located nearer the hub of Kuta, with better beach/beaches.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Some more variety on breakfast would be a worthy thought for the hotel in the future.

My daughter had an accident in our room on our last day. She accidentally smashed the balcony window. We offered to pay the window, which we did, but were disappointed in the add on costs from the hotel. They charged us additional two nights as they stated they couldn’t rent the room out until window replaced, which I understood but since learned they replaced the window as soon as we left and thus lost no days but the icing on the cake was the blind, small chip and they charged us an additional $600 to replace!! Reduced by 50% after negotiating. In total cost us $800 in all, noting window itself was only $285. Lesson learned, be cautious of their $600 blinds 😢

Excellent stay in this hotel. It was decorated true Bali fashion, and situated in a central location. Nearby to many amenities, there is a mall right opposite. Hotel rooms were clean, comfy and well equipped. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, with adequate variety in the food daily. Loved the rain shower! Amazing pool too. Overall it was a good stay.

Nothing to complain. Might be a bit slightly noisy for light sleepers or people who need quiet rooms. However we were okay with it.

Hotel organised airport pickup for me and my friend who contacted me through WhatsApp which made it super easy for us. Hotel was super close to airport which was fantastic after a 8.5hr flight. The place was lovely and our room that opened out onto pool area was great! Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of foods and did not disappoint. I have no negative comments at all! I would stay again!!

For the first time travelling solo to Bali and it was over beyond. I’m so thankful to all staff who is working there. So friendly, clean and amazing. Definitely will stay again. Location and breakfast are the best

We stayed in the room which had access to the pool. However it was a corner room, we didn’t have a clear view of the pool. 1. Location was superb - ATMs, marts, restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk from the property. 2. Helpful staff. 3. Good wifi speed.

1. They had joined two single beds together which was a bit uncomfortable because of the gap in between. 2. Limited vegetarian options in the restaurant. 3. Limited options for breakfast with repetitive menu. No veg / non-veg signage on the buffet breakfast. If these things are improved, this property would be an exceptional one to stay.

Breakfast was good. Well balanced choice of offerings. Some of the utensils used to serve made it difficult to serve myself. For instance, the spoon for butter was challenging and your knives do not easily cut the crust of the artisan breads, making my poached eggs fly off the toast when trying to cut. I left my table briefly to get an entree. The server could easily have seen me doing so. She removed all of my dishes, including my coffee and water. When I went to get more coffee there were five others waiting to use the machine, so I opted to have tea. This was not good. Also, when I asked the server for a steak knife for the bread she just brought another unsharp standard knife. Had a slab of your signature ribs...they were very good. Tender, meaty, with a very tasteful glazed sauce. The pool is excellent...very well maintained. Some guests being allowed to leave personal items on lounges early, then disappearing, should not be allowed as it can be difficult to obtain one for many guests. Room service was excellent, Staff very friendly and attentive. Kuta is not to my personal liking. I do not do well to being pestered by every person trying to sell me something, some even grabbing my arm trying to lure me in as I pass by on the street. This has destroyed Kuta other than being close to the airport, I see no reason to return. I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Thank you for a great experience.

Kuta in general. Being accosted to buy just about everything under the sun is so annoying. Some even now physically grab you to pull you into their shops. When you reject some say very negative things in Bahasa...terrible. Prostitution seems unchecked later at night. This is not a good family destination with kids. The only reason I would ever return is because of airport closeness and ease of departing.

It was close proximity to the beach, 10 mins walk at Discovery mall. There is also Lippo mall right across the street. The supermarket was right downstairs from the mall. I felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed. Staff was extremely friendly, complimentary transportation to and from airport, and complimentary breakfast. I selected this location because it was close to the airport. it takes approximately 10-20 mins depending on traffic. Had an amazing experience, can book tours through the hotel. Security helps you to cross the street and housekeeping does an exceptional job everyday cleaning my room. Had the view of the pool, and the landscape was beautiful with the flowers, plants and trees. Spa treatments are spectacular. The facilities at the hotel were fantastic, rooms were clean and quite big. The shower was very spacious, and I really liked the rain shower head. The bathroom itself had clean towels and toiletries. The room had a little bar fridge and there were tea and coffee making facilities, it had a small cupboard where you could hang your clothes, a space to put your suitcase and a small desk. The rooms were serviced daily. The pool was clean, and there were plenty of places to sit and relax. You could also order food and drinks from the staff at the restaurant to have by the pool. The staff were wonderful they were very helpful and accomadting. I was very appreciative of the way they would ring and check how I was, and if I needed or wanted anything while I sick with a stomach bug, I really appreciated it because I was travelling solo.
