The hotel was a lovely place to stay. The staff were lovely and so helpful

The breakfast didn’t have much for aussies to eat and we saw a fair few rats.

Beautiful lobby and the room, large variety for breakfast. Good location on the main road. I got it with 70% discount, so I liked everything:) wouldn’t go for the full price (€110), overpriced, considering that huge rats are running around the swimming pool in the middle of the day. But I guess it’s Bali thing, I still gave the maximum points for cleanliness as it looked clean and well kept after in general.

Room was too cold, I struggled to warm it up. Rats in the swimming pool area.

Breakfast was the best , plenty of choice's and I liked bacon and scrambled egg and which wasn't at the buffay the staff were happy to make it for me

For me and my wife we couldn't ask for anything else it was great value and the best service from your staff we were there for 14 days and out of every thing we did , leaving your staff was the hardest

The staffs were amazing, the food was good. The location was even better since it was very close to the airport. For the price, we were really happy staying at the Rani. We unfortunately didn't try the pool but could see people really enjoyed it.

Our bathroom was nice, however the shower head wasn't working properly. As we only stayed at the Rani for 2 nights, we weren't thinking to call the staff to check. Overall though, they offer everything we need in the bathroom.

The place could have been cleaner - the corners in the room, as well as in the bathroom but it was all great overall and we would be back. Previous to that we stayed in a 5* spa hotel and it was comparable but 4 times cheaper

I like it all. I like the room because it is with balcony, the bed is comfy, the bathtube is cozy, the breakfast is delicious with variety of food. The staff is helpfull and friendly. The spa is amazing. The location is perfect, nearby the airport, malls and shoping center. The price is affordable. This hotel is perfect for relax.

Air con as very good as soon as we opened the door so cool room was big

Price was fantastic. Staff were amazing, so friendly, polite and couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels provided.

Nowhere to hang clothes to dry. No escape from heavy smokers.

Location close to the airport. The spa is beautiful and the best massage i have ever had in my life.

Some lights in the room stopped working, no hot water on the last day. I could have let them know to fix it while we were there but we were checking out that day.

Nice and close to everything I was wanting and not a long walk from room to being out front of hotel

Just the shower not having very hot water but this is typical of Bali hotels I’ve stayed at
