Close to shops,beach bars etc-how quiet the pool was-the staff very friendly and accomodating also the loft has a toilet downstairs as well as upstairs if ya need

Not much really-just if you get the loft then obviously you have to walk up stairs where bedroom is-great air con up there-none downstairs but has a overhead fan and a small Portable one supplied also if you get the pool (loft)villas there’s no stopping you from falling into pool as it’s in the lounge-just be careful if you have kids-but apart from that we knew what we were getting so all good

We loved our 8 night stay at 18 Suite. Everything has been easy and never to much to ask. They helped decorate our room for my partners birthday with balloon's and cake. Room service 24/7. Was good, simple and cheap eats. Our flight home was a late one so checked out at midday and we got to leave our luggage and head out for the day and come back to hang at the pool for some more time. Room was made up everyday if requested, bed was so so comfortable was like a cloud in paradise. Loved our own pool in room and 2 bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) very handy. Only maybe feedback would be phone down stairs - to order room service, only phone upstairs. And the TV upstairs is not a smart tv- but this would me trying to find anything for feedback We will stay again- close to airport and kuta (main street- i think) so lotsa restaurant/ bars/ shopping Accommodation was also very reasonable price for what they offer

We really enjoyed the private pool in the villa. Meant we could swim anytime, the kids were in the pool at 1am when we couldn’t sleep. The grounds and staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I don’t know what the other reviews of the food were talking about. We stayed 5 nights and couldn’t fault it. We ordered room service and had breakfast daily out the front by the main pool.

Only down side was the open plan of the entire villa was open to the outside and only the bedrooms had aircon, which meant the lounge was extremely hot/humid and uncomfortable. Bedrooms were good as they had their own aircon unit.

The property lacks maintenance, cleanliness, and hospitality experience. The staff's English comprehension is not good enough for a tourism operation. The water in the hot water cylinder was disgusting and smelled like manure Our pool kept turning green and had a slime over the top, even after it was cleaned

Beautiful decor, great looking place. Nice vibe to the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Easy to walk around the streets and to the beach.

Was a little noisy outside with bikes and dogs barking but I think this is the case anywhere you stay around Kuta. We wore earplugs and had a great night's sleep. We stayed after a few nights in very quiet places so we were probably more aware of the noise than others

Everything! I honestly thought our accommodation would be another “expectation vs reality”, but we were wrong lol our stay here was just lovely! The staff were helpful, breakfast was great, the room we booked was absolutely beautiful, AC & fan worked well, pool was clean when we checked-in, hot water in the shower was consistent, outdoor bath tub was clean, outdoor kitchen was clean & all the equipment we needed were there, we felt safe inside our villa. The location was also great! There’s a coffee shop right outside of the accommodation, plus many other food stalls in the alley. There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, coffee shops, and a mall around the area.

I don’t know about the other rooms, but the tv we had wasn’t a smart tv, so it might become a (minor) issue for future travelers. There are a lot of channels available, but as expected, the subtitles of the shows are not in English. Also, this is not a complaint at all, but given the property’s nature, there are a lot of big ants & bugs outside the room. That’s it, really. Everything else was perfect!

The food was phenomenal - for lunch and dinner especially I highly suggest ordering room service as their kitchen is amazing and insanely well priced. The service was top tier and the villas are simply beautiful. If your pool or anything else needs attending or cleaning they are very prompt to do this also. I suggest getting a grab/taxi to the enclosed/fixed priced shops if you’d like to do shopping as the street markets nearby can be very overstimulating but all in all this stay was amazing.

The private pool villa was perfect, everything I was hoping for and only ten minutes walk to where my friends were staying. The staff were so nice and there were plenty of food options within walking distance and also delicious Indonesian food for room service and chilled coconuts to drink by the pool. I felt safe staying there on my own and will definitely stay again when in Kuta. I originally stayed for 5 nights before doing 3 nights in Nusa Lembongan then came back for the last night and booked extra night for the late flight home.

This is a lovely hotel, the room was perfect and I loved the private pool. Breakfast was good, and room service meals were tasty and very good value. The location is great, easy walk to the beach, Discovery Mall, shops, markets and restaurants. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Everything is very clean. I would definitely stay again.

The wifi was flaky at times.

Staff absolutely wonderful , pool, location to airport and beach.

Internet poor. Not properties fault but local area has changed so very much. Main road lacks variety in food options. We love all food including Indian but predominantly Indian restaurants one after another. Kuta seems to have suffered badly from Covid time as still very rundown despite many tourists.
