Wow wow wow! After having a terrible experience at a bigger hotel up the road we had to book somewhere last minute for the night. Febris was absolutely awesome and we wish we had found this hotel sooner! Awesome staff, rooms and facilities.

We have stayed at Febris a few times and it is always lovely. It's a great location, being so close to the airport so, so it's a great spot if you're coming in on a late flight or leaving on a late flight. On our recent visit we weren't flying out until 10pm and for a small fee we were able to get a 6pm checkout for one of our rooms, which I really appreciated and made life so much easier for us. We will definitely be back next time we come to Bali.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, last time it was a buffet which I preferred. The menu was a little confusing too and not many options for vegans, despite saying that their was.

The rooms were always done up nicely, and no matter you location on the site, it felt private. Every room has its own sitting area out the front, even top floors. The pool was so lovely, and they have a quiet pool as well. The restaurant was to die for and it had the best service. The day we checked out we had a late stay, so we had a massage and that was incredible too. lots of people come just for the massage and not to stay, but they’re definitely missing out! There was three of us staying for 5 nights and the price was beyond excellent. Thank you febris!

Location and cleanliness

The buffet breakfast and egg and pancake stand is gone that gave the hotel an extra star for sure BRING IT BACK

The hotel is highly recommendable to stay.. - very clean room w few notes sticked on the wall as precautions for the safety of the guest customers.. - accomodating staffs w smiling face .. even if one has comments for improvements. - walkable distance to the beach & malls as well as eateries. -The food in the hotel served are good especially the spaghetti. - The massage service is good served w free orange juice. . -The hotel management is very helpful to cancel our double booking. -the fishpond is well-maintained w many big carpfish in good shape that mks people smile & think of the wonderful creatures GOD hath made. It release stress by just watchimg them freely swim & help people realize that we should be like fish that need not worry about life for GOD will take care of everything. 😇👌👍💖❣ Stay fit & safe...tk care..Shalom c",)!

The food are served well. Only the fish fillet is so thin one can't feel the meat of it only thick coatings. Hope this will be improved. The roof/ceiling in few parts need to be repaied asap w/c when i brought it up, the response is k & will be attended.

Stayed in the ground floor family room. Staff here are amazing. The pool is large, deep on one end and a kid's section in the other. Rooms are spacious and clean. Conveniently situated between Lippo and Discovery shopping centres be within walking distance to surf beach.

You can hear faint noises upstairs late at night from people moving around? Not sure what it could be but don't seem to notice during the day.

As a solo traveller I felt very safe staying at Febris Hotel and the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was not included with my room but it was only $6.50 each morning and they catered for my vegetarian requirements. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy with great large pillows. I stayed in a Superior Ground Floor room near the pool and it was so worth the extra $10 per night. I had two sessions at Febris Spa and both were fantastic experiences. The transport hut at the front was great and I had two days out using the driver, Nyoman, who was so lovely and also helped me cross the road several times during my stay. I also found you can cut through Discovery Shopping Mall to get to the beach rather than walking the long way around. I highly recommend Febris Hotel and will stay again.

Rooms are very clean and air conditioner very cold. Nice quiet location.

The breakfast - they do not do buffet breakfast anymore and when we arrived at the hotel at 1am we were asked what we wanted to order for breakfast for the morning.

Comfortable, clean, cleaning staff very friendly, well maintained grounds, fabulous pools, great food service at pool, food from restaurant good quality and reasonably priced. Good value accommodation in an excellent location(5 min walk to Kartika Place and Lippo Mall), lots of shops and restaurants within a minutes walk.

Miss the breakfast buffet-please bring it back!
