Fantastic having so many facilities within the resort so you don't feel the need to wander out to Bali life. At night they even have little markets under the lobby where you can buy Bali presents. Also loved the Pupa room for babies and toddlers under the lobby also. Really nice portacots in the room, we set up a blanket between a couple chairs to give a partition between our sleeping areas so we could relax at night without keeping bubs up

The kids water area was closed for construction for our entire visit which was a real shame as it's the main reason we chose this resort It would have been nice for the kids clubs and play areas to open earlier in the day for those early rising bubs.

No dislikes, I would suggest better changing facilities to be available near the pool areas

Staff were great. I don't know how to swim and didn't realise there was a section of the pool that was quite deep. I took a step not realising and started to drown, upon drowning my wife swam away to the bar to enjoy a nice refreshing beverage whilst I was flailing up and down trying to get air. The nice life guard came and rescued me, I didn't drown or die, so that was the highlight and a great feature of the resort. Can't swim? They won't let you drown! Food was good, variety could change a bit more. Rooms were clean, rooms were tidy, staff were attentive, if you're going here with a family, could get away with not leaving the place as room service isn't even that expensive!

When ordering grab food, I had to walk my fat butt up to the gate everytime.

Great for kids and families. The location in Bali is easy and convenient to explore, shop and go out for meals. The food was great within the hotel. Coffee at breakfast (ordered and paid extra) was really good. Rooms were always cleaned well and staff were friendly and helpful. Peace of mind knowing there are lifeguards on duty. Plenty of activities around the pool for adults and kids plus the kids club. The bed was comfy and we loved that there’s an option to sleep all 5 of us.

We were a family of 5, we booked for 5. Often there was only 4 towels replaced, no flannels or hand towels. We loved that there was a noise curfew from 10pm however nothing for early in the morning eg 6am there was older kids running around the hallways screaming and yelling which woke our kids up. Maybe state 10pm-7am to allow some rest for those children that do sleep well. On a couple of occasions, there was also a high pressure hose used before 6.30am which was noisy and whilst we understand these things need to be done prior to peak times around the pool, 7am would have been a better time.

Location was fantastic. Every staff member was very helpful and always so welcoming :) this was amazing. The gentleman at pool table bar was one of the loveliest staff we met. It was by far the friendly nature of staff that was highlight of dynasty.

My partner was a little disappointed that Bintang wasn’t restocked in room fridge for 316 daily. The driver arranged by hotel when we went to monkey forest was unfortunately the only main downfall with his no English, no responses to questions, along with the over two hour trip due to travelling at 20kms per hour the whole trip (even with no traffic) we cancelled the rest of the drive with him when we got to ubud and found another driver.

Everything you wanted was there,from kids club, restaurants ,masages by the pool ...if you needed anything at all the staff would go out of there way to help you.great location walked everywhere. Was safe to let kids just run free and have fun.food and drinks were fairly priced.just a great family resort

Only one negative thing to say was that the family rooms kids beds were thin rubber and son said it was like laying on ground.

First Trip as a Family of 4 to Bali and our stay at the Dynasty was fantastic, to say the least. We never had to leave the hotel as all the prices at all the restaurants, bars and facilities inside the hotel were so good and affordable unlike other hotels. The kids spent endless hours on the slides in the kids pool area, and going in wet season, we only experienced 2 rainy days out of 7. My daughter had her hair braided twice in the hotel as the price was cheap and service was fast. Breakfast every morning was spot on, and the staff were super attentive and friendly every day. Kids Club great, Babysitters affordable, Food delicious, facilities and other services fantastic. Entertainment everyday by the pool. Will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend for families. The Discovery Mall 200m down the road has an amazing time zone arcade for the big kids and small play centre like cross if your from AUS for kids 10yrs and under for only $12.50 AU no time or height limit if you are looking for something to do on a rainy day.

Not much. Kuta isn't the place it used to be but as we never really had to leave the hotel so it didn't really make a difference. Bathroom a tad small for 4 people but efficient.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bali dynasty the whole team there are amazing and all went above and beyond for us u can tell they are tight family , We stayed in the family pool room and absolutely loved it , u really don’t need to leave the hotel and will have a great time with all the activities they have daily , the food was exceptional with a lot of variety . Special mention to bodrex from house keeping the excitement on the kids faces every day after seeing your towel animals and the work u put it to make us feel welcome

Was a fantastic for our first resort stay with the kids, soo much in just the resort to do. Husband and I enjoyed the spa for a couple of massages and the kids loved kids club and the water park, even were able to get their hair done. They loved that on first night there was a fire show and they loved all the different food options for breakfast.

One of the reception ladies was quite rude on arrival and other times we came up. Not sure of her name but she seemed like she wasn’t much interested in quality customer service.

Breakfast was great. Resort was a great family place for all. Swim up bar was fantastic.

The girls that were walking around the pool, asking for foot message were getting annoying. Plus some of them, were not concentrating on giving you the message - they were too busy looking around and not making you feel worthy of the message. The Baileys was over-priced and honestly it was not baileys - it was like it was watered down. We had 7 shots and we were not even tipsy. Didn't like the fact that swim up bar should not have children, but some parents would sit their children there and not care - Sadly the staff didn't care about this either - So why have rules........
