Really lovely for a last night in Bali. A very big pool too. A clean and comfortable room that seems like a new build. The breakfast was basic but nice. The hotel is very convenient to the Kuta beach and shopping malls so it was a good place to stay to do some shopping before going home. There are also some really nice restaurants around there. It is very convenient to the airport in a taxi/grab and the hotel kindly extended our checkout to 6pm at the cost of half a night.

The breakfast options could be a bit better. It wasn't very special considering you pay extra.

I enjoyed the green gardens hotel stay accommodation and amenities. I grab a Gojek bike for easy transport to my favourite venues and explore each day while I am out and about. Staff are all friendly and eager to please. I rarely eat at Green gardens as I explore different venues for breakfast lunch and dinner daily however the food I have had at green gardens has been delicious (pork ribs)

Wifi cuts in and out often other than that green garden hotel meets all my needs thank you.

The place looks beautiful after fresh renovations. Location is excellent! Large clean rooms. White linen. The characters made from towels by room service are pretty novel. Room service is on the ball. Everything worked

The fountain over the pool is obnoxiously loud and constantly distracting. Thankfully it turns off at 10pm. There is practically no driveway or entrance for cars so it’s an awkward to get in or out.

The people were really friendly. I also got to eat good food and they're really helpful with getting a taxi at the other end. It was also really clean and affordable to stay there and it was right around the corner from where my brother and his wife were staying for a fraction of the cost.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is very new, with an atmosphere of a 5-star motel, if not with all 5-star amenities. For the excellent price, this definitely had a more luxurious feel about it. The pool was beautiful, the rooms had everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike.

Newly renovated rooms. However the rooftop restaurant is still under renovation. Good location. Staff were excellent and wifi was good but needed to login every now and then.

Everything was good and enjoyed all 5 days. However the last night there were a few guests who were loud right till about 2:00am without consideration for other guests. I tried calling the front desk but it wasn’t attended thus couldn’t get help.

We had paid a similar price for a overnight stay in Padang Bai after arriving in Indonesia from Melbourne and it was very bad, so our expectations were low on our last night before leaving Bali. But......we were completely gob smacked at how amazing the Green Garden Hotel was. From our arrival, check in, clean as a whistle room and HUGE comfortable bed, it was bang on.

There was nothing not to like.

Everything. From room to food. Especially ALL THE STAFF. FROM GARDENER TO SECURITY. THE MAIN STAFF. GIRL AND BOYS. AMAZING. I THANK THEM ALL FOR MAKING MY STAY UNFORGETTABLE. I WILL NOT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE

Great location, friendly staff, clean and very well maintained facilities it was our first time staying at this hotel and we will definitely return

The only thing was that the pool was always in shade , but couldn’t fault the place other than that

Fantastic budget hotel - close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, spas etc. Food very reasonably priced and enjoyable. Staff friendly. Beautiful pool and garden and outdoor area kept meticulously clean.

Disappointed the spa is no longer here. Turned off balcony lights as they were disturbing our sleep, but staff member told us they had to stay on until 11:00pm.
