Amnaya Resort was the best place to stay during our holidays. We were lucky to select Amnaya Resort as our place to stay. The services provided by the Resort were truly exceptional. It was the experience which you feel like you're coming back again. We got a complimentary room upgrade by the lady at reception, the room was city-side facing and the view from 6th floor was truly unforgettable. Every morning we had a chance to see Garuda Vishnu directly from our bed. The breakfast was complimentary for us and it was amazing 👏, they've tons of varieties of dishes to choose for breakfast😋 The meet&greet service when you arrive at the hotel is really nice. You will be served a fresh organic juices/green tea as a welcome drink. The hotel staffs are welcoming and respectful. The room was spacious and we got high quality amenities to use. Last but not the least, I would like to thank Mr. Pande for keeping our messy room clean. You did a truly amazing job 👏

There will be small insects coming to your room if you keep the main slider door open at balcony. Our room was at 6th floor so it depends on which floor you're. But if the lights are ON in the night with the door open, you might see tiny little friends coming inside attracted by the lights 🪰 This also depends on weather, we went in December so due to rains this can happen.

Spacious well equipped interconnecting rooms. Although close to Mall and Watee Bom, it feels secluded.. Decor fabulous mix of traditional and modern. Restaurant meals and cocktails are reasonably priced and delicious. Breakfast included was great value. However, we were charged for ordering our coffee as 'flat white' so that an included breakfast cost us additional . I would absolutely stay again if I could afford it - normally, out of our budget, we picked up a deal due to current renovations.

I did extensive research and decided to stay at Amnaya as there were almost no bad reviews. Indeed everything is true , and exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and airy. The pool was inviting. The breakfast was outstanding. They managed to pack breakfast when I had an early excursion and available till 11 am. Checking out time at 12 noon is perfect. Staff were great and the smiles rally lit up the place.

Location in Kuta is not great, Kuta is a bit run down. But it’s very close to the airport so no anxiety going back. There was one mosquito on the last night when I opened the windows at night to sleep(climate is excellent), but good news is it didn’t bite me. I should have use the provided electric mosquito repellent.

The property is only 1.7km from the airport, and only cost $4 AUD from the airport. Don’t get scammed by all of the taxi drivers at the airport who said is two zones away and want to charge you $15+. None of their “official’ badges are real. Bluebird taxis are the best ones to get as they have a meter which is accurate, the others don’t use them, hence the charge goes up and up. Ensure you lock in a price less than 50,000 INR otherwise you are being ripped off. The pool is small but ample. The free breakfast is scrumptious and the free afternoon teas cakes change daily and you can choose how many you want within reason. The resort is only a short 200m walk to the Main Street, then cross the road, walk through the Discovery Mall to the beach side walk, turn right about 200m and you will see the 7km of beach’s from Kuta to Canggu stretching out in front of you. The beaches are much cleaner, but don’t expect Pristine beaches here, plastic bottles, single use plastic and other littler still adorned the beaches, although mostly it only seen at low tide. From Legion beach north, the beaches are cleaned with a tractor and sand rake, but Kuta is not. The surf life savers close most of the open beaches to allow the “paid Surfing schools” to utilise the best parts of the beach, forcing swimmers to walk up to 2km to find a beach to swim at and the swim schools charge an arm and a leg to be taught, surfing.

The little bamboo can inside the room must be hung outside the door if you want your sheets changed or new towels, you are not told about that on check in. The mini bar is not a ‘’mini bar” with drinks in it like other hotels, it’s a mini fridge. The safes on the room cannot be trusted to keep your valuables safe, I locked my passports in my suitcase inside some other lockable device. Don’t leave your door to the balcony open at night, for a breeze otherwise the gheko’s will come in and shite on your bed and floor while you sleep. The bed sheets had many little stains on them as it looked like that when the resort changed hands 8 years ago, no new linen or towels were re-purchased to replace the old worn and faded once, this can also be seen by the pool towels.

Located in a quiet area within a few minutes’ walking distance from Kuta’s Discovery Mall and Kuta Beach, the Amnaya Resort is very centrally placed. My wife and I had booked a Deluxe Double room. The rooms are very large, comfortable and well lit. The bathrooms are very comfortable as well. Ours had separate sections for the shower and the toilet, with a large washbasin in the middle. Amenities are provided, including a very good pair of rubber slippers which was great for daily use in-room. The room came with a spacious balcony, with 2 chairs and a coffee table plus a lounging area with mattress and pillow covers. Very comfortable for taking in the fresh air and having a cup of tea or coffee anytime of the day. Our room was outward facing and provided us with beautiful views of the sunrise, when it wasn’t too cloudy. The room also has a desk with chair, tea & coffee facilities and a television. But I found it so much more pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ambience, especially on the days we had no day trips planned. The entire ambience especially in the lobby and restaurant below, feels open and spacious because it was literally just that – open and very spacious. But it was the service that we found to be excellent. We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and during that time we had an issue with the telephone and the toilet pot, both of which were resolved very quickly. The staff at the lobby were very polite and willing to support. We dealt a lot with Bella over key card, taxi bookings, late check out and found her service and support impeccable. We also had daily breakfast at their in-house restaurant Sukun, located at Ground level, adjacent to the pool. The ambience was very pleasing and also calming and the serving staff excellent. Although we spent a lot of time eating at the hotel, there are plenty of good restaurants on the main street just a short walk from the hotel, catering to Indonesian, Western and even Indian cuisine.

Nothing in particular. The Wifi was good and fast. However, for some reason I find hard to understand, it appeared to be unsecured as no password was required to access it.

I really love the breakfast package that hotel serve to the customer, we don't need to find our breakfast like ordinary other hotel breakfast, we just sit in our table and the staff will help us to choose our menu. There are a lot of choice delicious breakfast menu that we can choose, we could request to custom our menu. They are a lot of staff around the breakfast area that we could easliy asking for help.

The hotel is rather close from Denpaser Airport as compared to hotels in centre of Bali. Also, lot of restaurants, shopping centre and beach at walking distance from the hotel. The staff is excellent and very polite. The breakfast options are great, we had a big breakfast each day. The hotel premises and the rooms are beautiful. They also organize an activity each morning for the guests and it was nice to learn about traditions and culture of Bali through activities. Totally worth the price, I recommend!

An incredibly beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious with a cool design, and the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfasts are varied, and the cleaning is done perfectly (thanks, Odi!).

The gym equipment is a bit "worn out". But I hope the hotel updates them soon to become truly flawless.

It is very rare that I give such high feedback, but this hotel deserved it. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the WiFi fast, the pool/gym excellent. If you have not stayed in this area before then the hotel is located in a quiet lane in the south of Kuta, away from the madness of further north.

Very little. If I have to be fussy then I would criticise the Spa pricing, but this is true of most hotels. Also, one the one hand it was refreshing to have a table service a la carte breakfast as it enforced portion control ; but on the other hand it meant waiting for coffee, cold toast and that friendly but un-coordinated Indonesian service.
