Excellent Breakfast Buffet, Excellent Service throughout the complex. They remember your first name. The pool areas and gardens are very well maintained. Centrally located to shopping and touring. A very relaxing stay.

The brochure describing the hotel's beach location is a misnomer. There is no beach in the immediate area simply a steep rocky access to the water. There is a distant beach which is accessible with a 10 minute walk.

We just love this hotel! The rooms are big, the beds great, and the gardens are absolutely beautiful. The three swimming pools are excellent and the breakfast is very good. The Boardwalk Restaurant on the beach is the most beautiful spot for dinner as the sun goes down. Helpful, smiling and very efficient staff are the icing on the cake. We have stayed here a few times now, and we will be back.

Nothing we didn’t like - except sometimes the music being played through the loudspeakers around the pool areas was turned up too loud and we found we had to shout at each other to hold a conversation.

The property was great. We could only book a superior room as the others were all booked out. We slept fine but there is significant road noise for the superior rooms that face the street. Breakfast was lovely with different items each day. Beds were firm but comfortable. So many great food places close by which was handy.

We loved the property but we did find the shared pools were very warm, to the point we rarely went in.

This was my 4th time staying at Bali Gardens. (maybe 5th...?) I love staying at Bali Gardens because of the beautiful staff, great location and facilities. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pools and grounds are very well maintained. Breakfast is a definite highlight. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I will continue to stay at Bali Gardens in future visits.

Nothing to not like!

Nice hotel in Kuta, about a 15 min. drive to the airport. Plenty of sunbeds to go around and lovely gardens to walk through. Good (included) breakfast, and the food/snacks we bought were good. Good size room with a huge bed. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Good receptionist (Devi I think her name is...) who arranged an excursion to one of the Gili islands.

The only that detracted from our stay was the work going on at the beach (diggers, lorries, etc.), preventing the erosion according to someone I spoke to, which meant that you couldn't walk down the beach into the sea

Good breakfast options however due to queues for the egg station we did without & that was eating around 8am! Lovely staff. Great location, on the edge of everything, nice walk along the beach foe surfing, mall next door & Waterbom across the road. Walk to Garlic Lane. $NZ10 ride to airport. Large family room with handy patio to dry swimmers et outside Good sized bathroom. We stayed 3 nights & ended up eating at various restaurants of the hotel each night, good variety & prices were okay. Good pools & had no sunbed issues! Loved the departure lounge to shower before late flight & ability to relax in the Koru Lounge as well (we did Waterbom on last day with a 10pm flight, worked really well).

Found the beds uncomfortable & squeaky. Would stay again - was worried about the stereotypical Aussie drunk tourists but it wasn't that evident at this hotel, some load girls in the corridor late in the first night & a couple of rawdy ones by the pool but that was it.

the breakfast were of good quality and a lot of variety very plentiful Spa area was wonderful , reasonably priced and staff very friendly the Pools were never crowded and quite beautiful Boardwalk restaurant was exceptional the entire staff were so friendly and helpful

I am older and the stairs killed me at the end of the day the sports bar coffee shop needs to take lessons in customer service just because I dont drink alcohol does not mean that I dont spend money and deserve the same amount of attention as those that drink alcohol at first i thought it was because i am a female, but my niece who drinks alcohol got served quickly and efficiently each time

We stayed at Bali Garden Beach Resort near the end of our holiday because it’s close to the airport. While Kuta is quite touristy and not exactly our style, the hotel was a peaceful escape—central but surprisingly quiet and relaxing. The lobby is spacious and beautifully done with Balinese music and fountains. Our room was large, well-equipped, and had a nice balcony. We really enjoyed the lush gardens and the big pool, which was never too crowded. Breakfast offered a great variety and was very satisfying. A real highlight was the Tari Spa—we tried five different treatments and were truly impressed. Another standout was the staff, especially Ngurah from security. He greeted us every day with a warm smile, was always happy to help, and made us feel genuinely welcome—excellent customer service! Even though Kuta isn’t our favorite area, we’d gladly stay at this hotel again.

The property is a traditional Bali hotel with a modern update. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. The staff make you feel so welcome and are exceptionally friendly. The pools are well maintained, and pool service by the staff is fantastic. The prices for a resort are also very good value.
