The hotel is located in Kuta, directly across the road from the Discovery Centre Shopping Centre. We booked poolside rooms and they were lovely. Rooms were clean, serviced daily, fresh linen, a/c, tv, bar fridge, safe, wardrobe with 6 or so hangers, and complimentary toiletries. The hotel location is an easy taxi ride to other locations and easy to get to and from the airport, without having to go through lots of traffic. That's a bonus! The pool was always kept lovely and clean, ample towels always available, swim up bar, and very attentive staff to offer drinks and food poolside. There was also a massage service in the gazebo by the pool which was lovely and very reasonably priced. I'd recommend the massage and facial. The breakfast was basic but had an egg station where you could request eggs cooked how you liked them. Fresh fruit, toast, pancakes or waffles (alternated each day), a sweet, tea, coffee, and a variety of indonesian/asian style foods.

There really wasn't anything not to like about the hotel. We bought some insect repellant to spray the room each morning and night to try and discourage the mosquitoes. There wasn't a lot of them but they love me :) I'd also recommend maybe taking toilet paper that is a bit stronger and more on a roll, especially when if you get a bout of bali belly. Reception are more than accommodating with requests for additional toilet paper but it's so thin.

The hotel is top notch, rooms big and comfortable, aircon cold, no mozzies, beautiful setting. Right on the busy street yet cannot even hear the noise once you step inside. Lots of stairs but staff can carry your bags and help.

The big tour groups. We did not get a welcome drink but these groups were given premium hospitality is sad as we are frequent travellers to the hotel, and were not made to feel as important as these big tour group. Also these groups were very loud and on two occasions - kept us up until almost 1am. Nothing was done to quite these groups.

Location was great. Room was very modern and clean. Bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is wonderful and the staff is really nice and helpful. It has a nice swimming pool, massage by the pool and restaurant open until 11 pm. The location is good, literally across the street from the Discovery Mall and the beach. Also the aquapark is right next to it. Bed is very large and comfortable.

The Wi-Fi is literally impossible to use in the room. In the lobby it's working fine but in the room you have low speed and interruptions all the time. I complained about this to the staff and they said they'll look into it but nothing changed. It's the only downside of this hotel, but it's very annoying unfortunately. However, the internet seems to be a downside in Bali in general since we had similar issues with it in Ubud as well.

A fantastic choice for a budget-friendly stay. The location is perfect—right across from shopping, close to restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. It’s super convenient and great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. While not the biggest, it was well set up with a comfy bed, good air-con, and regular housekeeping keeping it fresh. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool—a great place to unwind and cool off. The pool bar staff were fantastic, always ready with a drink and a friendly chat, making the experience even better. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day out exploring. The breakfast was decent too, with a mix of Indonesian and Western options, fresh fruit, and eggs cooked to order. Nothing over the top, but a solid way to start the day. The staff throughout the hotel were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The Balinese hospitality really shone through, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Adhi Jaya Hotel is a great pick for a well-priced, comfortable stay in a top location. It’s not a high-end resort, but if you want good service, a clean and comfy room, and a relaxed vibe, it’s well worth considering. I’d definitely stay again!

A downside was that the Wi-Fi was pretty hit-and-miss. Sometimes it worked fine, but at other times, it was slow or dropped out completely, which could be frustrating if you needed to stay connected. Although the breakfast had a decent variety, it was fairly basic and didn’t change much day to day. If you’re staying for a longer period, you might find yourself wanting a bit more variety. The pool area, while fantastic, could get quite busy at times. Finding a spot to relax wasn’t always easy, especially during peak hours when everyone wanted to be by the water.

The location was excellent! The rooms were clean, nice decor and the beds were very comfortable. Of course the staff were amazing as you would expect. Easy to access a late massage once the kids have gone down and so close to water bomb park. Nice little pool and quiet for the location. Would definitely return.

I stayed twice at this hotel, second time i wanted to try somewhere else but i coudn't find a better deal. I chose this place for the location, it is just 15 minutes from the airport. Around the area you can find a mall, shops, massage parlour and restaurants. It is quiet, just of a main road but you cannot hear noise from the traffic. It was pleasant in the room, sometime i didn't have to use the ac because the room was on ground floor in the shade and it has a lot of vegetation. The poll is nice, not to many ppl around there, you can even have a massage, maybe a little more expensive than on the main road. I liked the massive tv in the room, safe available for free, the fact it is quiet around the resort. Second time i had an bungalow, i think it is worth it, for sure much nicer room, but a little bit warmer because the sun was heating the roof. The beach in Kuta is a few minutes walk and there a mall in front. Not the main one but it is worth a visit. Around Kuta recommend taking a motorbike taxi, cheaper is to use the local app, i think is grab. For taxi the same, much cheaper with the app, less than half price sometimes only 10 %. I use the app to go to Ubud, Uluwatu or Canggu. Booked on the app and after negotiated a full day. Charge me around 30 dollars for a full day in Uluwatu, if should be even cheaper but it is worth it. Better go by motorbike taxi because with the car takes much longer. The traffic in Bali is worst than they say. Ubud was far away on the motorbike but by car probably will take half a day. Best beaches are in Uluwatu, Melasti beach and Padang Padang and Dreamland. Booked a motorbike taxi on the app, the guy came and negotiated a full day, around 30 dollars, they will come even for less.

The building is quite old, i had some problems with the toilet. When i stayed at the bungalow, the stuff was talking so much behind it, where they had their equipment. The area is not that pleasant at night after 11 pm, so many ppl try to sell you everything and mean everything. I would avoid walking on your own at night especially if you are man, because every 3 m somebody wants to sell you something. I would stay again because it is so convenient and the price was decent.

The staff was very nice, from the restaurant to the ones cleaning the rooms. Rooms are large, furniture ok, cleaned every day and usually we do not need it, but with the moist in the air, towels would stay moist also even on racks. Pool was nice, clean. They refill glass bottles everyday with filtered water, which was pretty safe to consume.

Located near Kuta beach, unfortunately this beach is very dirty during rainy season, so not a good location if you plan on going to the beach nearby. Premium room with pool access is not very different from a deluxe room from the ground floor, just a bath tub extra, that we never used anyway. The shower panel was probably not glued correctly cause it was water leaking in the room after each shower.
