It was a nice Balinese setting. the breakfast food was ok, and the egg section was excellent. The staff were so friendly and the hotel is in the area like.

for what one gets very overpriced, the hotel is getting old. The swimming pool only suitable for children ? I am a constant visitor to Bali, and this was the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in, and I dont think I would ever stay there again

The pool is great, with a pool for kids and toys to play with. Lots of rooms are on the ground floor directly on the pool level, which is very nice with the kids. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. 3 beds in the family room, which makes it very practical and economical. It is a great place for 1-2 nights before or after your flight to Bali.

Breakfast had Only cow milk. I'd appreciate 1 sort of other milk. The family room is a bit outdated but the double rooms are nice and have probably been updated not long ago. The personnel was nice. They offered 3 bottles of water per day, but I would have preferred a fountain like in other places/hotels. We could not fill our kids bottles at the breakfast, which seems a bit extreme.

Excellent location. Our flight came in after midnight and it was only a short taxi ride to get there. Lovely aesthetic, not too big or crowded, very peaceful. Only a few minutes’ walk to Waterbom waterpark, which was a great family activity. Great buffet breakfast.

I asked the hotel to help organise a taxi for us and they just pointed us to a man standing there. The night prior, the staff had said they would call a bluebird taxi for us but this didn’t happen. We went with him since the hotel seemed to recommend him, but I’m pretty sure he overcharged us. Staff the night before seemed helpful, staff the next day were a bit dismissive. Pillows on the bed are very thick and solid. My husband likes a softer pillow so he ended up using a towel.

Had a wonderful holiday with our children and grandchildren. Air-conditioner worked at it's fullest keeping us cool every day. Beds were a little too hard for us, but we managed to have a good sleep every night. Wifi was excellent, had no issues at all. Swimming pool was kept clean everyday. Thanks to the men who kept it clean. A big thanks to Gutsi who looked after us, bringing us clean towels and sunscreen when needed. Thanks to the staff at breakfast and at the bar when we needed drinks, especially cocktails! And food beside the pool or room service. Reception staff couldn't be faulted, friendly, and smiling whenever we seen them. And lucky last, thank God for the elevator that was right next to our room. We were put there as I can't climb stairs. Thankyou for putting us close to the elevator. Can't fault Bali Rani Hotel at all. Everything was wonderful. Thankyou

The staff - they are exceptional - the pool - the gardens - the oasis when you leave the main road and go back to serenity… and wide on the bar - most beautiful man… that when I come to your hotel - I’m made to feel like family. Dinner out the front and the manager are so lovely- I loved the bbq ….

The beds are too hard The air conditioner in all rooms need cleaning or updating I only got 3 pillows in one room and there were 2 people- we needed 4 The towels need updating - they are far to old…

Location was very central to main shopping Centers, Waterbom, restaurants & a short walk to Kuta main beach. Bali Rani Seruni Spar was excellent. swimming pool awesome, clean & had a section for kids. Staff great and a special mention to Nyoman Sugiasa, who gave heaps of helpful information.

Bath towels are thread bare and do need to be replaced.

Location was amazing, everything is right on your doorstep! Pool area, bar & breakfast buffet was beautiful and staff were very helpful. Definitely recommend paying that little bit extra for the superior rooms - a lot more modern compared to the deluxe. I booked the superior room but they had over booked so I had to stay in a deluxe for my first night but moved me to the superior for my second night. Was worth moving!

Nothing - property itself was stunning

What a great little resort! We were lucky to get an upgraded room right near the pool and this is the perfect location for our holiday. Plenty pool lounges. Staff are amazingly friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful with a good balance of local and western dishes. Great central location directly across from Discovery Mall.

Great: Pool, Staff, Breakfast, Location. Walk across the street, pass the hotel area and you are at the sea. Breakfast indeed fantastic. Plenty of options comparing to usual Bali offer which often is only pancake or eggs.. Busy area yet quiet room and around the pool - you'll find a place to have a rest. Comfy beds, clean bathroom.

Room was pretty simple, basic. But it's small, so design would not help here much, it's a space issue. Maybe bigger TV could help? Or some mirrors?

Breakfast was fantastic, service all round was great. Good location, great bar staff and pool.

Shower handle broke off on last morning making due to corrosion, the reception immediately organised the room next door for us to be able to shower which was great, only downside was they tried to charge us for the breakage which was no fault of ours, however this was rectified and did not charge once questioned. Still a perfect stay and will go back.
