One of the best accommodations we have stayed at till date. HIGHLY recommend staying! Only stated for 2 nights here and regret not staying here for the rest of our 4 days in Bali. Very ideal location as its right on the main street. From reception, rooms, breakfast buffet to the pools, everything was splendid! I could not fault this place at all. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. We could see how the resort has been maintained. Every staff can be seen designated doing their work. The pool was cleaned thoroughly in the mornings. The garden is well maintained and dried leaves from trees were cut in front of us. At breakfast, the managers in charge checked in to see how everything was which is absolutely great service! Best thing is, the resort has many exists and entry ways so its very accessible. You can literally walk into the streets from the breakfast restaurant without walking through the resort! I would rate this 10/10!

Traveling alone can make you self conscious, I like the Anvaya because there’s plenty of space around the pool, the restaurant, the bar. If you need quiet time to relax and read a book there is plenty of seating around the resort and the staff will come to you. A reliable stay with luxurious amenities such as well designed lobby, free mini-bar, thoughtful little things like nibbles provided with drinks overlooking the beach, various and plenty of pool furniture, great service, the breakfast is from 6am and has food groups you couldn’t even think of and a separate air conditioned dining room (breakfast is a highlight). When I’m in Australia and thinking of laying by a resort pool all day with great service, always a lounger available, I’m thinking of the Anvaya. The restaurant and bar overlook the beach where the sun sets every evening, they set the ambience with dreamy music or a live singer and dim lights so no need to be self conscious. Close to all shopping and restaurants but well maintained by security, it’s also on the beach walk for when you want to get out and stroll.

The pool staff should be monitoring hotel guests taking sun lounges and not actually sitting there until hours later, very frustrating.

Hotel design shields all rooms from the street noise completely and it is slightly elevated so you don't see anyone walking by on the beach side. Very quiet and peaceful inside. Looks like paradise day and night. Great variety of food fro breakfast, which also has some variability between days (there are 2 restaurants with breakfast, Sands is better and if free for premiere rooms. Delux rooms have acces to another one or need to pay extra). Extra discount on everything for longer stay. Playgroup for kids (4+ or need to hire a nanny). Pools have a bench in some places that is shallow enough for kids to play (no fence though). Staff is great! very welcoming and attentive.

Room design. wardrobe was in the bathroom, inconvenient to access. Beach is not nice, not the fault of the hotel though and we didn't miss it a bit.

Staff was very helpful and cooperative. We had to rush to the hospital because of a little incident. The staff members Edy Gunawan and Shandy Ari escorted us to the best international hospital in the area and stayed with us at the hospital so that the whole process of documentation and communication was easy. Really helpful and nice people!

Breakfast buffets were amazing and full of variety. Loved lagoon room and access to own little pool area. Everything was always neat and tidy. lots of things such as free bikes (found out too late) and table tennis along with pool games. Easy access to street shopping and food and down the quieter end of Kuta. Staff were smiling and fantastic as was room service for food.

Beds were great but a little hard and pillows were similar to a feather down/ soft, so a few more pillow choices would have been good. Otherwise we couldn't fault anything. We just enjoyed our break and loved returning at the end of the day.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in so far. We booked a room with access to the lagoon and it was exceptional. We were able to use the lagoon in the evening after 9pm if we were not disturbing other guests. The staff were very nice and friendly. Every day we found a sweet in the room, which was very nice after a full day of travel. Included was a daily refill of the minibar with soft drinks, chocolate and Pringles. The fitness was small but I was there alone, there was water and a towel for visitors which was very much appreciated. On the last day, as our flight was at midnight the option of a later check-out was also very good. We were able to use the departure lounge which also had showers and towels and some small snacks (matcha cookies absolutely delicious, I still remember them). :)

First of all personal was amazing All staff was like only care about guest conford which is amazing feeling. Even Ms Caesilya I thank her , she was always contact with us untill our request complete and we can be satisfy. Which was really nice for customer satisfaction We were with our baby, even its was very easy thanks to hotel and hotel staff Rooms were very nice , clean Breakfast and dinner were amazing

Anvaya was the perfect location for my brother's wedding. We travelled with a group of family and friends staying in varying room options. I booked two lagoon rooms. They were amazing, comfortable and well located. The free mini bar, replenished daily was a bonus, i didn't realise this when i booked. The pools are clean and there is ample seating around the pool. The breakfast was fantastic, the view to die for.

Some guests were booked in a different section of the resort. This meant that they had breakfast at a 'city view' restaurant rather than the restaurant on the beach. They were not aware of this when booking. Some paid an extra $10pp per day to be able to eat with the group in the sea view restaurant. I think this should be made clearer when booking.

Our stay was truly excellent. The service was highly professional, the food of great quality, and the ambience most welcoming. We particularly appreciated the Sands restaurant, which offered a peaceful atmosphere and consistently fresh cuisine, with a wide selection at the breakfast buffet. Although the kids’ club was rather small, the staff were outstanding and ensured engaging activities, such as cupcake and pizza workshops, as well as face painting, which our child thoroughly enjoyed. While the swimming pool does not feature slides for children, it nevertheless provides plenty of opportunities for fun. We look forward to returning
