The beautiful well maintained mature gardens of this hotel resort are relaxing and calming and give blissful zen, There were tiny squirrels running up and down the trees to watch from afar. The buffet breakfasts were excellent and had Indonesian, western, Indian/asian and Balinese dishes to sample including western bacon and eggs with coffee for those traditional persons. Barista coffee was also provided inclusive of the very reasonable price. In general the food offered was excellent and varied every day. For lunch we did have pub style meals at The Wharf by the pool, The pool was clean, towels supplied were large and fresh. Room was very clean and quiet, large TV with lots of channels, we especially liked the world news channels. Bath room toilet, was very clean with fresh towels daily. Room service was prompt. Gym was clean with usual gym equiment and was airconditioned thankfully to a cool temp good for exercising with showers and toilets within. The very best of this hotel/resort was THE STAFF!!! From the house staff, the outdoor recreation staff and the security staff I cannot say anything other than praise for the genuine smiles and willingness to help us in any way or just to chat. Honestly the persons hiring and training the staff are to be commended as they have chosen people/staff who have a positive outlook in life and treat us the visitors as fellow humans, we did not feel as if we were just tourists but somehow connected with the people of Bali On Tuesdays and Saturdays the resort hosts seafood and BBQ nights with traditional Balinese Dance and fire shows which were a delight especially at night by the pool.

The beach, as it was very stormy and unfortunately a lot of debris was washed onto the sand and due to wild rough seas we did not get to put our feet into the seawater at all, we were happy to stay by the pool. Overall the beach was not nice as there were stray dogs and microplastics in the sand and bamboo poles and logs washed up because of the storm. If you want the beach experience this is not the place for it.

Bintang Bali is the most value for money I have ever stayed in. Beautiful big rooms with a lovely modern bathroom & a large balcony - more than what we got at more expensive hotels. Every staff member is so kind & helpful, always smiling & always wanting to help. Lovely huge pool with an additional hot & cold soak bath above the waterfall feature. Right on the beach. Amazing buffet breakfast with a huge varietyof everything you could imagine, Amazing beautifully kept gardens, lots of fish ponds for the kids to feed & a 10 minute walk to Waterbom. This place is fantastic, the best money can buy.

Traditional looking Balinese style resort. Room is big enough, breakfast is excellent: egg station, bacon, sausages, soup, Asian corner, potatoes, rice, noodles, sweets, fruits, etc. Swimming pool with a bar. $30AUpp BBQ dinner + show twice a week. Beach access with sunsets. Lots of inexpensive restaurants along the beach and on a nearest street toward Lippo Mall ($25-30AUpp incl 2 beers). SIM cards & massage saloons for $13AU/hr nearby. Nice boardwalk along the beach in both directions. 10 min drive from airport but NO noise! Much quieter place than Kuta center that only 1/2hr walk to. Good resort help with taxis, at reception, friendly stuff and well maintained garden with squirrels and fish pond. In-room safe. Huge king bed. Power sockets near the bed. Nice balcony with chairs and railings for cloth drying. No mosquitos. A/port transfer for $15AU.

A bit dated furniture but still ok. Grey towels (they don't use bleach for some reason). TV reception was poor although we didn't watch TV at all being busy holidaying. Power sockets are 1m away from bed- need long charger cables. Fridge rather small but enough for the fruits and beer. No toilet brush.

I loved the pool it was huge and so refreshing. The grounds were beautiful. The room was spacious great location and staff were so lovely.

The breakfast selection seem to cater for Indians a lot. Not that I don’t love Indian food. But they didn’t have a big range for us westerners. There was just eggs bacon everyday along with fruit and pancakes etc. there was no hash browns or spaghetti but huge selection of Indonesian food. The food around the pool and drinks were expensive and also adding on the tax. The vibe around the pool could be better the music playlist at the pool just plays over and over need new content. I had teenage boys there was no volleyball in the pool or fun activities like other resorts. The bed was ohhhhh soooo hard!!! They need new beds. My back was not liking me my husband was also struggling with the bed as well. Very hard beds.

We had a suite on the ground floor facing the pool with a large verandah which we loved. We got a couple of.sun lounges under the verandah and could sit there all day reading and relaxing.

This is a large beach front property with amazing gardens and in a great location. There are lots of beautiful restaurants close by and everything is within a walkable distance. Breakfast was good and well planned out, 2 egg stations and separate areas so even if it was busy it never felt chaotic. The food was decent quality and always hot which is something we have found is an issue at other hotels.

Our bed wasn’t the greatest but we still managed to sleep ok. This is something they should consider to improve though. Need more sun beds when the hotel is busy. The pool area is busy and inviting and we found getting a sun bed a challenge if you are not an early riser.

Good location, clean property and spacious rooms, good service, good food and a very good pool.

Would have preferred a wider choice of dishes for vegetarians! None available in the menu for room service.

Fantastic location right on the beach with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The pool area is lovely with attentive staff at the swim up bar.

The beds were very firm, not as comfortable as other hotels we’ve stayed in.

Great resort, we loved the location and the gardens were beautiful. Even though you are right in the middle of the busy streets, as soon as you step into the resort it feels secluded and peaceful. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming and attentive. The buffet breakfast was great with lots to choose from. The pool was fantastic just wish it was open later. The room was great overall for what we paid and the aircon was fantastic and kept the room lovely and cool. We will be back for sure.

The rooms could do with a refresh and some pest control. Lots of ants in room. More live entertainment would be good as the shows are all the same. The food and drinks in the hotel bars and restaurants are quite expensive and the menu could do with some more items as it's not very big. The ladies that run the stalls on the beach are very pushy and can be rude but as long as you are firm with them they can be lovely and did a good job braiding my hair.

The hotel is one of the best in Bali. Wonderful rooms , great pool and amazing breakfast. The staff is super friendly and the room service is great. It has direct access to kuta beach also.

The number of elevators must be more with ratio to the number of rooms, it is a big walking distance from the room to the lobby but full of land Scape so it was a beautiful walk. The location is nice in kuta and near the airport but generally bali is full of traffic always. The beach can have more seating areas and more privacy to the hotel. But in general my stay was super comfortable and great
