I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Ixora Resort, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. I stayed in a deluxe suite that was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The infinity pool was a highlight for me—perfect for lounging with a cocktail in hand or taking a refreshing dip. This place is bang for buck , clean rooms small but has all need , requested a quiet room as coming in very late at night and had a wonderful sleep into midday when u get checkout , I highly recommend this place if u are coming in late from airport or have early morning /midday flight as ticks all the boxes , pool wonderfully refreshing 10 put of 10 for value and service

Grand Ixora Kuta Resort, a fantastic place! The staff, always polite and attentive, made our stay truly special. My wife celebrated her birthday there, and they surprised us with a cake and sang 'Happy Birthday' in our room. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Kuta, near the best restaurants. I also have Casa Atenas in Arraial do Cabo, Brazil, and I'll be taking many ideas from this experience to improve my own property and accommodations there.

Breakfast area a mess , lots of smokers , food average , and pool towels a bit of a effort to supply , I have stayed here at least 20 times / word without a lie as it’s my go to from airport and last night in Bali I have NEVER been offered an upgrade or a pool access room But I guess I’m only there one night but no extra for loyalty

The staff were fantastic. The food was amazing. The time felt like a real romantic time with my husband.

As we were checking out, the owner told the security to tell two kids, who were playing in the pool and not causing a problem, to stop making noise, even though the kids were not making a noise. This experience made myself and my husband feel awkward and feel sorry for the kids. It also made us feel that this was not a hotel we could fully relax at.

Great hotel with wonderful people! Great location, food was very good, very clean room and comfortable bed. Special thanks to Dewa, Dewi, Dara, Rina, Jesica and all the other personal who did amazing job. Also, ladies at Spa, we enjoyed massage two times. This hotel was the best of 5 hotels we stayed in Bali. We would deffinitely come back and we highly recommend this hotel!

The property was shown on the web is exactly the same, the hotel was good, staff was very welcoming ( I think everyone in Bali are really great people, we felt very safe ). The best part was the location as we are pure vegetarians there are couple of good options on the pure veg restaurants. Also couple of attractions are nearby.

the only thing was if I could have got the balcony or pool view room, that would have been better however I think that is in our selection process, so I am good on this too.

This hotel was in the center of everything I needed shopping, laundry, restaurants, exchange money you can walk to the Beach walk mall and Discovery mall and not too far from the airport, i really liked my stay there, in the hotel there was also a restaurant opened for the day, spa ..

The curtains had a weird smell in a bad way as i am asthmatic it was disturbing for me in the night

The room they first gave us couldn’t open window so the second day they upgraded us to room with balcony . The television is the latest so we could put our Netflix account on . Great buffet breakfast . The pool was a good size and plenty of lounges . There’s no hairdryer in the room but they provided one when asked . New clean toilet seat was a bonus .

The aircon was pretty noisy but I suppose that can’t be helped .

This hotel was all walking distance to the restaurants etc. The amenities were amazing and their banana smoothies are the best I’ve ever had.

The only thing I didn’t like about was the bed. It’s super hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. I was having sleepless nights since our check in. This hotel should think of changing these beds. After a long day of activities I just wanted to come back in the aircon and sleep on a comfortable bed.
