Another wonderful stay at the Palm Beach Resort. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. We had a problem with the first room. It was changed promptly and to our satisfaction. The restaurant is consistently good and very inexpensive. The pool is spotlessly clean. Close walk to German Beach. The gardens are beautiful. Just a wonderful all round experience that keeps us coming back time and time again. If you are looking for a luxury resort this may not be the one for you. If you are looking for an affordable, friendly hotel with everything you could possibly want for the price then this is your destination in Bali. Already planning the next trip to the Palm Beach Resort.

I think it was once a very nice hotel in the 90's. It's older style and seems, haven't been much renovated. But the location is great. Along this way, there are several hotels which cost twice or three times. The access to the beach is very easy, although it's not really direct to the beach. What I like most here, is the staff. THEY ALL ARE SO FRIENDLY AND POLITE! 💓 From the security, front desk, housekeeping, gardener, to the restaurant staffs, everyone was friendly. Thank you, Guys!!! 🙏🏻 The warmth you share with us, make out stay totally comfortable 🥰 I love the breakfast. The choices are not big, but they taste really great! I love everything which was served for breakfast 💓 P.S: People who gave negative reviews about this hotel... sorry, you can't expect 5stars hotel room if it's written 3stars 😅 and you can find many more 5 stars hotel close to this one. But this hotel doesn't deserve bad reviews, as they already offer cheap price. ✌🏻😇 For those who have lower budget, want close and easy access to the beach, doesn't mind about simple breakfast and homey but not too luxurious place to stay, I would totally recommended this one! 👍🏻

The bed/matrass made noise when we moved (room 803). Maybe, it needs to be changed/repair?!

The pillows had black mold on them and the mattress was ripped the bedding had holes in it and was very discoloured, we complained but they acted like they didn’t understand

Hotel was beautiful. Plants/trees, flowers, very green. Gorgeous stay. A pleasure to be there. Staff were so friendly Food and spa treatments were great value. Room service was prompt and food always delivered immediately Communication was good Taxi there and back was early, easy to find, and got me to the airport efficiently Bedroom was gorgeous

Shower needed a shower curtain as I got water all over the floor Could have benefitted from a small shop for items like toothpaste

Nice old style property, great layout around the central pool and restaurant and nice gardens. Great location, very short stroll to beach, in a quiet spot but with busy areas closeby. Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Enjoyed the buffet breakfasts which had moderate variety but more than enough, and all food was fresh and regularly replenished. Restaurant food at other meal times was excellent, and well priced. Spacious room and balcony (we booked a deluxe room). Rooms, gardens and whole property clean and pleasant, regardless of age as noted below.

After decades since any renovations have happened, there is wear & tear and damaged bits & pieces throught the whole property. But that's OK as it's reflected in the price; and we chose to stay here as the pics seemed like a 1980s Bali look and feel, which it turned out to be, hence just what we wanted. So, we were fully happy with Palm Beach Hotel and would choose to stay here again.

The location is absolutely perfect — just a 2-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Bali. It’s also very close to shops and restaurants, and only about 10 minutes from the airport, which was really convenient for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We didn’t try the breakfast, but we did have dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious — definitely worth trying if you stay here!

The hotel is showing signs of age — it’s clear that it must have been quite a prestigious place in the past. Although you can see that the owners have put in a lot of effort to renovate parts of it, time has still left its mark here and there. Despite this, both the rooms and the pool are kept very clean, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant.

Pool clean and challenging not to take a dive. Room clean, however, needs some more attention, cause of normal wear and tear. Breakfast good to start the day with.

Bed linnen, towels, etc, have had their time. Small little repairs on the cabinet doors etc. The street side is used by youngsters to gather and chill, which is very loud at night hours.

- The pool was big and clean with lots of sunbeds with shade, which was amazing - Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed it - The restaurant's view of the pool and garden, and its architecture and materials give an enjoyable beach vibe. - The staff were kind and helpful - The restaurant food was delicious with good prices, and the staff were very nice and happy, and sometimes singing, and I feel their bond, which gives a very good feeling being there. - The location was close to German Beach (2 min walk) which was very nice at sunset (do not go on the slippery stones, just relax on the wide sand area) - Close to a big shopping centre, Lippo Mall, and many restaurants - Quiet rooms despite being close to the center of Kuta

- The faucet was old and stiff. - We didn't call for cleaning for several days until I saw ants in the room, but after daily cleaning, all were gone. - There wasn't a hair dryer in the room and we should receive one from reception and bring it back. - Drivers in front of the hotel asking us for a taxi every time we go out and in, was a bit annoying...

I was disappointed with my experience at the Day Spa. I had three different treatments and unfortunately i got the same person each time. She in my opinion was not trained in the field and did not listen to me when I said she was being too rough and strong. Maybe if I had a different person my experiences would of been different

For several years now, I have been regularly going to Bali at the end of every year to vacation and relax and enjoy tourism on the island of Bali. And this hotel is always a top choice for staying. Nice rooms, clean, comfortable, strategic location, affordable prices, delicious food and the best quality hospitality services by the staff (both in the Rooms, Front Office, Restaurant, SPA, Security departments).
