Everyone was really sweet, the rooms were so well put together, clean, and lovely (gotta love a gorgeous outdoor shower). The beds were really comfortable, pool was stunning, breakfast was good. It's a really peaceful spot and great getaway.

It seems that they have two locations but only advertise one. So.. when you book this spot, you might not end up where you think you booked. They will drive you over to the other location, but it was a bit inconvenient for me as I'd booked to have access to a spot around the corner; so maybe check in with them when you book to see where you're staying?

The services was fantastic and always with a big smile, they make you feel comfortable and welcome, really polite and kind staff.

The location it’s 15 minutes in moterbike from the centre of ubud so I need to take grab every time that I want to go out for dinner , this only becase I don’t drive. If you know how to drive they have motorbikes in rent and car service as well so this is not a problem. Renting a bike it’s cheaper than taking grabs.

I would honestly recommend Kailash to everyone, especially those looking for a piece of tranquility just outside the craziness of Ubud central. The property is well incredibly maintained and neat, exactly like the pictures. The host family are very helpful, accommodating and take immense pride in their lodge and services. The breakfast menu had lots of variety and was delcious- the omlette was my personal favourite. Drinking water is provided for giests to refill bottles which was great! The location is very central and you are within walking distance of 3 exquisite waterfalls. The local restaurants are also within walking distance and the food was great! Best part is you can enjoy a massage on the property after a busy day. Can't wait to come back! 👌

The most beautiful small resort which was paradise. staff could not have been friendlier and more accommodating. rooms were spacious , had drinks and snacks included within the room. powerful spacious shower. small pool view from the room. great well priced laundry service. there is a spa at the hotel which opens long periods through the day. transport provided by the hotel staff for additional charge for areas outside ubud, the centre and airport etc. delicious well priced food. waterfalls nearby within walking distance.

location is a little out of the way around 20 minutes from ubud centre however this is when we found the transport service great with the hotel.

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Beautiful pool areas, gardens and rooms, a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are all amazing, so very welcoming, kind, friendly and helpful.... thank you so much to all of you. The accommodation is a little out from the Ubud centre (about 15 min by scooter), but this is exactly what we wanted. The area is more local and relaxed and still close enough to be in Ubud when we wanted. The accommodation is very close to some very beautiful waterfalls, literally 5 min to Sumampan and Uma Anyar waterfalls and about 10 to Tegenungan waterfall. We enjoyed Uma Anyar, so serene and peaceful and no crowds (we were there with about 5 other people... compared to 100's at Tegenungan). Thank you so much to everyone at Kailash. We highly recommend you and will be back ourselves.

Staying at this hotel left a pleasant impression. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with beautiful interiors and comfortable furniture. Large windows overlook a green garden and pool, creating a sense of privacy and tranquility. The bathroom is spacious with modern fixtures. Attention to detail is evident, such as the elegant canopy over the bed, which adds charm. The staff is polite and responsive, always ready to assist. The hotel is surrounded by nature, allowing guests to enjoy peace and fresh air. It’s an ideal place for those seeking comfort and serenity away from the city's hustle and bustle.

I had an incredible experience at Kailash Bali. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. One particular moment stands out: after an unfortunate accident while riding our scooter, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They quickly arranged transportation back to the hotel and ensured we were well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism made a difficult situation much easier to handle. The amenities were top-notch, with a serene pool, delicious food, and an overall atmosphere of peace and relaxation. I can’t recommend Kailash Bali highly enough to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Bali. I will definitely be returning!

Everything perfect!

It's a really nice accommodation, the 2 swimming pools are comfortable and you can go in whenever you like. They accommodated us to have breakfast earlier (7.30am) to have breakfast before going to a cooking class which they organised for us. We rented a moped from the accommodation which was super easy and great fun to go around on! It was very easy going over all. Can definitely recommend this location for a few days

The bathroom has an open top which is normal in this area, however doesn't give the desired airflow resulting in a damp smell (only in the bathroom). Also we didn't have hot water which is not the biggest deal because it is so warm but a little warmer would have been nice 🙂
