Really nice hotel and views

It’s incredible how bad the beach side is, all the hotels around there should be take action and do something to clean the beaches so bad and selfish with the environment. Good service is cleaning the beaches too and don’t wait for the government…if u want more customers start with doing something about this problem.

We'd like to say thank you to all the staff who made our stay special. We felt taken care of and welcomed. We'd like to mention the front desk manager Airies who listened to our feedback and took care of us on our last day. He made sure we were comfortable before our late flight and provided us with a late checkout. And also made our last lunch complimentary, which was a very nice gesture. We'd also like to mention the staff in the evening shift at the Envy restaurant. Especially the only waitress that's working there. She always took care of us and was very sweet and friendly.

The only downside of our stay was the renovation of the pool, which we weren't informed about in advance. So we could only enjoy the pool for the few hours before our flight. It'd be great if we got an email informing us about the renovation.

We had two families flying from two different countries and the resort organized the airport pick up and drop off for both our families. Super close to the airport and this came in really helpful especially flying with young kids with long flight. Couldn’t wait to just checking asap and get some rest. The villa was amazing. Four large spacious bedrooms, private pool and hot tub, dining room, living room. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the villa. Kids loved jumping into the private pool and splash around in the main pool. The kids club was good. The private butler service was the cherry on the top. Indra and Miko took care of us during our stay. We liked the location too. You can walk along the beach to Lippo Mall (10-15min) and Discovery Mall (20-25min). Close to Water Bomb, Airport, and plenty of restaurants and massage shops near by.

Nothing that I can think of

We ended up staying at the Holiday Inn Resort quite unexpectedly — the day before our planned trip, Hilton Bali cancelled our booking without any explanation, which left us extremely disappointed and scrambling for a last-minute alternative. Thankfully, Holiday Inn Resort had availability, and from the moment we arrived, we realized it was a blessing in disguise. Every day during our stay, I found myself grateful that our plans had changed, because the Holiday Inn Resort was absolutely wonderful. The staff were exceptional, warm, helpful, and genuinely attentive in a way that made us feel truly cared for. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience far exceeded our expectations, turning what began as a stressful situation into one of the happiest holidays we’ve had. We left with nothing but positive feelings and unforgettable memories. I would wholeheartedly recommend Holiday Inn Resort to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a genuinely welcoming environment.

The only little thing - is the beach, not clean enough to enjoy fully!

We went to Bali for my 40th and Easter and they took care of us really well. They even made me a "towel'' birthday cake and placed in our bed with balloons. It was really thoughtful - plus a little cake in the fridge as a surprise with a beautiful card. The following days were delightful. We stayed 9 nights and we could not get enough. Oxa in the pool bar was amazing knowing all we wanted. Sugita was the entertainer in the hotel - always with a smile. Indra Palms very attentive at the Palms restaurant. The pool is wonderful - warm water and very clean. The drinks by the pool so yummy and the balinese cuisine the best. The room very spacious and super clean. All amenities included and with real shampoo & conditioner bottles (not the usual small ones that every hotel provides). The gardens are stunning in every possible way. Even though is close to Kuta and airport not much noise at all. Very peaceful. Kids Club AMAZING. My son enjoyed every single day - as well as the pool. The Palms restaurant with delicious Balinese cuisine. The Envy Restaurant with beautiful food also. - my favorite was the Tuna salad. Over Easter the dinner was sensational. My husband said he's had the best smoked brisket of his life. Balinese dance, fire dance, DJ, live music. I could go on and on. 10/10. Will definitely come back. Thanks for everything guys.

If I could say one single thing it would be re the kids meal. Not many choices on the menu and we could only have the free meal if we were seated at the Palms restaurant - which is not the ideal as you want to enjoy anywhere in the hotel. We stayed at Holiday Inn Resort in Nusa Dua and you could order the kids menu anywhere at the hotel without any charge. And the menu over there had many more options for the little ones. Just something I think they could copy and make the same. However, this was the only thing I could think of for improvements.

The staff extremely helpful and well mannered. The rooms spacious and the price is well set. Location is great. Check in they made an exception to allow us in at 1200 hrs and check out at 2 pm as they kept our bags safe while we continued swimming and booked for free a shower in the SPA room at 4 pm for us. We stayed their and had our lovely free shuttle ride to the airport that only takes 15 minutes not that it is far just due to traffic. Amazing experience.

Only thing is my wife found a floss that wasn't picked up when cleaning in the shower area and that was it. Otherwise it is amazing. Also Mattress is soft which affects my back.

Beautiful and peaceful resort at the quiet end of Kuta. Lovely, immaculate gardens. Staff were so friendly. We had every meal there (family of 6) and not one meal disappointed. Kids had fun in the swimming pool and playing soccer the sports coach was awesome. Husband enjoyed catching boat out to waves. Very clean rooms and didn't have the Bali smell like a lot of other resorts we've stayed at. We'll be back next year :)

I keep going back to the Holiday Inn every year as the location is perfect, the staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the service is outstanding. We start the day with the beautiful buffet breakfast and then enjoy the wonderful tranquil facilities of the resort especially the pool and swim up pool bar. We enjoy seeing the same familiar staff each year and finishing our day at the Envy restaurant for sunset dinner and drinks. I could not fault anything about the resort and looking forward to going back next year. Thank you for making our family holiday truly amazing.

I can't fault a thing

We really enjoyed this hotel, especially for a 1–2 night stay. The grounds are well-maintained, and there is a beach nearby. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with very low prices and a free children’s menu — that was a huge plus! There’s also a small café with ice cream and coffee, and the coffee was truly incredibly delicious! The only downside, which is not related to the hotel itself, is the extremely persistent and pushy beach vendors nearby. It was just awful! I would not recommend leaving the hotel grounds at all. Nowhere else in the world have I encountered such annoyingly intrusive vendors as there.

Staff was helpful the rooms are very clean location is good breakfast is awesome. Pools are opening until 8 pm.

Nothing about the hotel but the traffic in bali is really a problem too much traffic there
