Really nice hotel and views

It’s incredible how bad the beach side is, all the hotels around there should be take action and do something to clean the beaches so bad and selfish with the environment. Good service is cleaning the beaches too and don’t wait for the government…if u want more customers start with doing something about this problem.

We'd like to say thank you to all the staff who made our stay special. We felt taken care of and welcomed. We'd like to mention the front desk manager Airies who listened to our feedback and took care of us on our last day. He made sure we were comfortable before our late flight and provided us with a late checkout. And also made our last lunch complimentary, which was a very nice gesture. We'd also like to mention the staff in the evening shift at the Envy restaurant. Especially the only waitress that's working there. She always took care of us and was very sweet and friendly.

The only downside of our stay was the renovation of the pool, which we weren't informed about in advance. So we could only enjoy the pool for the few hours before our flight. It'd be great if we got an email informing us about the renovation.

We went to Bali for my 40th and Easter and they took care of us really well. They even made me a "towel'' birthday cake and placed in our bed with balloons. It was really thoughtful - plus a little cake in the fridge as a surprise with a beautiful card. The following days were delightful. We stayed 9 nights and we could not get enough. Oxa in the pool bar was amazing knowing all we wanted. Sugita was the entertainer in the hotel - always with a smile. Indra Palms very attentive at the Palms restaurant. The pool is wonderful - warm water and very clean. The drinks by the pool so yummy and the balinese cuisine the best. The room very spacious and super clean. All amenities included and with real shampoo & conditioner bottles (not the usual small ones that every hotel provides). The gardens are stunning in every possible way. Even though is close to Kuta and airport not much noise at all. Very peaceful. Kids Club AMAZING. My son enjoyed every single day - as well as the pool. The Palms restaurant with delicious Balinese cuisine. The Envy Restaurant with beautiful food also. - my favorite was the Tuna salad. Over Easter the dinner was sensational. My husband said he's had the best smoked brisket of his life. Balinese dance, fire dance, DJ, live music. I could go on and on. 10/10. Will definitely come back. Thanks for everything guys.

If I could say one single thing it would be re the kids meal. Not many choices on the menu and we could only have the free meal if we were seated at the Palms restaurant - which is not the ideal as you want to enjoy anywhere in the hotel. We stayed at Holiday Inn Resort in Nusa Dua and you could order the kids menu anywhere at the hotel without any charge. And the menu over there had many more options for the little ones. Just something I think they could copy and make the same. However, this was the only thing I could think of for improvements.

Staff was helpful the rooms are very clean location is good breakfast is awesome. Pools are opening until 8 pm.

Nothing about the hotel but the traffic in bali is really a problem too much traffic there

I had a pleasant stay and would like to share some feedback: The location is excellent, especially for travelers—just a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is very convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile, which made the experience warm and welcoming. The reception team and bellboys deserve a special mention for their kindness and willingness to assist with any requests. The breakfast was mainly focused on Asian cuisine. While it was well-prepared, a bit more variety to cater to international guests would be a nice addition. Thank you for the great hospitality—I look forward to staying again!

I enjoyed my stay and would like to share a few suggestions that could enhance the overall guest experience: It would be highly appreciated if the hotel could arrange a complimentary shuttle service to the city center, as the location is quite far from most touristic attractions. This would make it more convenient for guests to explore the city. Adding sparkling wine to the breakfast menu would be a lovely touch, offering a more luxurious and celebratory start to the day. If possible, creating a dedicated beach area for swimming and relaxation would greatly elevate the resort experience and attract more leisure travelers. Thank you for considering this feedback!

We were a family of 9 travelling. 4 adults and 5 children aged 14, 12, 11, 3 and 2. The kids loved it, buffet breakfast every morning and the pool. Our older 3 boys were always out enjoying the kids corner and pool table and daily activities the resort held. Our rooms were great and spacious, bunk beds and a PlayStation in the kids room. Sofa bed and an extra large double bed in the main area of the room, bathroom shower and bath all spacious. We also enjoyed daily dinner or lunch vouchers which made our stay with lots of kids convenient. I recommend becoming an IHG member too for discounts across the board. Our discount was very handy when it came to in room laundry services and just our overall stay we saved lots of $$$ Airport transfers too for a large group is definitely a plus. We definitely recommend and when returning to Bali will stay here again! 😊

The most friendly, caring, helpful and accommodating staff. Nicely maintained gardens and pool area plus the onsite restaurant Envy had great meals if you don't feel like wandering out. You can walk the boardwalk from the resort all the way to Seminyak, which would probably be quicker than in the traffic.

The resort rooms are starting to become a little tired, but does not detract from your stay, they are spotlessly clean.

Everything is perfect except for the 1.5km drive to a clean local beach near Central Kuta or Legian. On the other hand the location allowed you to step away from the tourist crowds and enjoy the true relaxed resort feel.

Misleading advertising always gets my nose out of joint (and expectations are subsequently high prior to arrival). Yes beachfront it is, but resort beachfront implies umbrellas, pop up bars etc etc. This is a dirty fisherman beach that rarely has more than 1-3 locals swimming in it. If the resort subsidised daily cleaning of the beach this resort would become an absolute 5 star stay.

Loved it! Room was great and I loved the view over the pool. Perfect place to stay at with no need to go anywhere else...both the restaurants are great - a bit expensive though. The pool bar has amazing staff! Lots of children around the pool area so be prepared to hear kids background noise if you normally don't like it...but it was not too disturbing if you chose a sunbed further away from the pool whicc bad a much more peaceful and private feel. Really enjoyed my stay here!
