- The hotel was close to the beach and a couple nice restaurants that are affordable. Other eating places ( like the seafood place ) are outrageous!!! I couldn't believe my ears when they said a lobster dinner costs over $ 200/person! HOLY SMOKES 😬 the hotel prices are way better :) - Our room overlooked the gardens which are very nice & well-maintained by the staff who are always buzzing around. - Sunbathing pool is about 5 feet deep & refreshing ( busy though & not enough loungers). - The other pool is 2.2 m deep & longer if you want to exercise more ( less busy but never more than 1 lounger). - Staff were always extremely kind & helped us print our documents for a minimal cost. - If you wait a couple minutes for it to reach you, there was always hot water ( extremely hot at full setting) be careful. - Huge balcony for chillin' at night 🍹🍺

- The bathroom drains need some deodorizer to combat the funny smell coming out. - Larger pool could use some attention to get rid of debris & floating bugs + more chairs. - When changing sheets, they need to bring 3 and not just replace the one top sheet that doesn't touch your body. - Faucets could use an update, redo the grout around tub + a new shower curtain would make a BIG difference.

I had to change rooms as the shower in my first room was running out onto the floor, I requested another room, the second room was lovely, specious, looked out to the beach,the pool was awesome, the grounds were lovely

The breakfast....it states American but nearly all food was Balinese, very limited choice. The bathroom in both rooms was stained in bath/mirror ugly big brown marks. No milk on table for tea/coffee.

Located on the best snorkeling section of the island we snorkeled with Turtles every day. The staff of the resort where so helpful and friendly and the resort was stunning. The gym and yoga space where especially nice. The restaurant was amazing and accommodated so many of our unusual requests. The complimentary water and snacks in the minibar where great!

Be aware the sea had jellyfish so a rash vest really made the snorkeling much more comfortable.

We liked everything. All the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful tending to any of our needs . The grounds are kept in meticulous condition. We loved our stay there . Very old style tradional Bali . Bungalo by the pool awesome

Great spot. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Not too noisy for Kuta. Breakfast ok - need to ask for eggs or bacon and milk for coffee but selection slightly different every day. Good air conditioning. Pool maintenance completed every day

Need to ask for more toilet paper or water if needed. Bathroom sink leaking on floor. Bathroom needs a proper clean

Breakfast was poor quantity and quality. Bathrooms were terrible. Shoddy tiling, baths were patched up, old shower heads, horrible sinks.

The room smelt damp, and the pool could have been cleaner, but I would stay there again very peaceful considering wear it is just utilize your renavated rooms they were all empty, and I did book a superior room

The only real complain is they should have more chairs and umbrella around the pool . Only 5 chairs and 2 umbrella . Nothing to do with the hotel but the beach in this area is disgusting. So dirty

Staff absolutely amazing, rooms big and comfy. It's an older complex, with many rooms, but very quiet and the garden is gorgeous! Pool area is clean and quiet, location is top-notch.

Limited power outlets in the rooms; none next to the bed

Room was outdated, not enough powerpoints in room, and bathroom cupboards were rotten from a leaking sink
