Situated in good location, walking distance to restaurants, shops,beach, shopping malls, massage. Easy check in & out. Very friendly staff. Good size rooms, good showers, good a/c. Good value for money

Couple broken cardio machines broken, need adjustable bench in gym . Pools are nice but water is warm, so couldn't cool down in pool.

Excellent place to stay at Kuta, few minutes walk to the Kuta beach and on a busy road yet quiet and peaceful. Discovery mall and Waterbom are about 5 minutes walking distance. There is a small shopping mart adjacent to the property and a good Peptio shopping mart about 3 minutes walk around the corner. The room was pretty new, spacious and came with a balcony. The bathroom was neat and good, though it felt a bit small because of the partitions design. The property has a decent sized swimming pool + a mini pool, with lots of lounging options around the pool area. There is a spa with value for money pricing and excellent massage. The breakfast options are not very great, but is pretty decent with local & continental options and a live omlette station. There is a gym with decent options for cardio & free weights. Overall a good place to stay at Kuta.

A couple of chairs and a table in the balcony would have been really great. Its available in the ground floor rooms but not in the floors above, in the block that we stayed.

Pool area with a swim up bar...clean room and comfy bed...great little run of shops part of the resort with barber,waxing nails centre,tattooist,medical centre,teeth whitening and a cafe...good happy staff...all in the centre of Kuta surrounded by a miriad of great restaurants and bars

Quite expensive late check out compared to the price we paid for the room I think this was almost 80% of the room cost for a night. Gym equipment was a bit broken (bike seats not staying up and the other was broken)

Pool and restaurant were great, including the buffet breakfast. The staff were always warm and welcoming, even making sure we were still looked after with flight delays home. 8min walk from Waterbom too!

Main con is that the pool closes at 7pm. Didn’t think this would be an issue but we often found after dinner we wanted to go for a swim after the pool had shut. Other small things like no towel racks and no hand towels or face washers in the room could be improved.

Pool was great area. Loved the bar in the pool.

That many other people staying there, put there towels down on chairs in morning and then went out for the day so no one could sit on those chairs. Not good. Unacceptable.

The breakfast buffer offer many different types of food and was all very good tasting. The pool was also big and in the sun most of the day. It is walking distance to malls, markets, the beach and the waterpark.

On the second day of our stay they started doing renovations (scraping the paint of the walls and repainting them), this took the remained of our stay and was in the only exit from our room, which made it a pain leaving and returning to the room as well as trying to check out as the people doing the renovations weren't always there and left tarps on the stairs that we had to walk around while carrying our bags. These stairs were only access to two rooms so it would be nice if the rooms that are affected by these could be unoccupied when it was happening.

We had an amazing stay at Kuta Beach Club Hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Kuta Beach, shopping areas, and great restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The pool area was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and a great spot to unwind. Breakfast had a good variety, with fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, a wonderful experience! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service in Bali.

Each and every thing I liked during my stay at hotel

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We would like to give a special mention to one of your staff members. His name is Arji. I hope I`m spelling his name correctly. He is a polite and extremely helpful young man that is working at your Hotel for no wages, He is also a student with ambitions to one day work on a Cruise ship. We spent time talking with him at the pool bar and also when he served us at the buffet breakfast , and he is doing a fantastic job at improving his English speaking. The ceiling in the corridor leading to the lower rooms is leaking . The water is dripping onto the tiled floor. But I believe this is going to be fixed..

We like the location, it's close to amenities, Kuta Beach and Beachwalk shopping. We like the facilities - good size swimming pool, restaurants, front desk assistance and taxi service. We requested for a quiet room and we did get one overlooking the garden. And last but not the least, we like the great service from the staff, always smiling and ready to assist.

If we were to mention one, we did not like the smoking policy of the hotel. The hotel allowed smokers to smoke in whichever area / place they like. As non-smokers, we didn't appreciate people smoking in the pool area and in the restaurant. We were not able to enjoy our meals and our swimming / relaxing time at the hotel as we were constantly moving and sometimes leaving due to people smoking without any consideration to other guests like us.
