This is my third time staying here and as always, the customer service is great. The staff are so friendly and will help with anything you need. The room itself is lovely - the bed is super comfortable and I was provided with daily housekeeping. The pool area is peaceful too. The location is great - not too busy and still accessible to shops, warungs and the beach.

The only downside is not having a fridge and kettle in the room.

Location everything is close by. Closer to the airport than most places in Kuta but far enough away to have no noise. As it is down a lane off Bakung Sari it is very quiet. The layout of rooms around a lovely cool pool

Rooms are very tired especially bathrooms needing some re-newing/updating Flooring needs replacing and curtains could be updated

Central location, with lots of bars, restaurants in the vicinity. 10-12 minute walk to the beach. Rooms very basic, could do with a lick of paint, but comfortable.

Majority of rooms had a terrace overlooking central pool area. The sound of people having conversations late into the night could be heard. This was particularly annoying if you were trying to get to sleep. The fountain in the swimming pool, should be switched off at night time.

We loved being on the pool level with the outdoor seating area. The pool was fantastic, we used it several times a day, refreshing and a good temperature. The hotel was very accommodating and Fora at reception was so nice. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. Many Places to eat close by and spas and laundry just around the corner. Fantastic value for the price. We stayed a week and really enjoyed our stay.

Sometimes the water in the shower took a long time to get hot. Towels were a bit scratchy. Otherwise everything was great!

Close enough to the beach, I don't mind walking so the position of the hotel was good for me. The pool was big and clean. My room was spacious and I was surprised to find a beach umbrella available to use!

My room had a door connecting to another room, obviously locked on both sides, and it let through quite a bit of noise from the other room. I could hear the people staying in the room next to me. When they arrived they tried opening the door to check where it led, it could be nice to have a sign or something telling people not to do that as it is a bit uncomfortable. Also the balcony for the two rooms is shared, which I don't mind but it can be a bit awkward.

The best hotel as a base for a long stay in Kuta. I have booked many times. The hotel is on a small street, which surprises you for a moment, but the front lobby is large and the courtyard is large and beautiful. It is like a private beach club. The staff is friendly and helpful like friends. On the first day I could not connect to Wi-Fi in my room, so I told the staff and the next day they bought a new router and added more access points. I was surprised because I did not expect an immediate improvement. They were also very flexible to accommodate slightly more complicated requests such as changing the room or specifying the type of room. The rooms are clean, I see multiple staff members cleaning the rooms well every day, and making the beds is done promptly. even when it rains all day, I don't smell a bad odor in the bathrooms. They also sprayed the entire building to get rid of bugs. The location is also very nice. Many local restaurants (not only tourists restaurants) , convenience stores, Balinese massage, laundry, barbershop, and other stores necessary for daily life are within walking distance. Also, you can see local people chatting, children playing around the front lobby of the hotel, and many other people. Children are playing near the front lobby of the hotel, animals hanging out. They are also very friendly and you can feel the local Balinese atmosphere. Breakfast is also great because you can have a restaurant-like menu at a lower price than in a restaurant.

There may not be a Wi-Fi router in the pool, but for some reason, the closer to the courtyard, the better the connection. On the other hand, it is difficult to connect on the bed, so placing a Wi-Fi repeater near the window of the room would further improve the Wi-Fi environment.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. Everything you need is within a 5 minute walk, food, coffee, massages, shopping and laundry are all right there.

The only slightly negative thing I can think of is no fridge in the room, although saying that there is a hot/cold water dispenser in the dining area and you can literally get food across the road, so it wasn't a big deal

Location and room were good. The room was cleaned satisfactorily every day and bottled water supplied as part of the process. Nice swimming pool but as an observation no local pre-swim shower facility. Had to shower in the room.

Not a real big issue but the shower water was never very warm and it took a minute or two to get used to the semi cold water. The sink drainage was very annoyingly slow probably because the drainage pipework needs cleaning. The sink stopper was broken. WiFi was very hit and miss... especially late evening. No explanation card for the TV and the set top box which worked with two independent remote controls.

I like that it has dark curtains in bedrooms with sun rising at 6am, it’s rare in bali (most have white or transparent). The two single room was spacious and lots of desk space with semi private balcony. The ac works fine and bathroom is modern. Staff is awesome and there’s an on demand restaurant on site until 10pm. The property is organized with one single row of rooms facing the pool and the street is low traffic because it’s off a one way and not a useful cut through. Close to kita art market for sunset and cheap massage places. Away from the crazy clubs.

Swimming pool was blurry at times but i went in anyways and nothing bad developed! They have blankets in between sheets rather than duvet, but i didn’t even notice the first night.

Good location, nice pool

First room they gave me (120) was bad - quite old and shower drain was clogged, when you or someone second floor flush the toilet it all goes out of the shower drain and smell is very bad. Next day I changed room and it was good. So, at check-in make sure you not accepting room 120 ( first room at left side).
