The location is fantastic, putting you right in the heart of the action. Plus, it's clean and comfortable, which is always a huge plus.

While the location and cleanliness were great, the laundry being out of commission was a bummer. It's a handy amenity to have in a hostel, especially for longer stays. Also, the room was a bit noisy. While it wasn't overly loud, I could faintly hear conversations happening outside, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

I loved the concept of the property, the rooms are small but they have designed it with great planning as you will get enough storage space inside the room. It's a good room for a solo traveller or max 2 travellers with small bags or suit case. The lady at the front desk was very helpful

They gave me a dirty room and then upgraded to a room with two beds as they didn't have rooms available. Honestly I was looking for a room with a single bed with the cozy bean bag and not a room with 2 beds because I was a solo traveller. The restaurant and IRD was unavailable. I was looking for an offer where breakfast was a part of the package but they didn't have that which was sad.

It is a great place to stay before or after a flight as it is located close to the airport. The location also offers excellent shopping opportunities, perfect for last-minute purchases or ensuring you have everything needed for your upcoming trip. The service is attentive and meticulous, making you feel truly valued as a guest, which is remarkable in Bali, where tourism often feels routine and overdone. It’s fantastic that you can take advantage of the pool and various spaces to simply unwind and relax away from the city's hustle and bustle, as the hotel is located in Kuta's lively area.

Pictures from the advertisements are what you expect. Location is very good in my opinion as at night you'll have a peaceful night's sleep. Although caution in the morning that there are giggling students and some sirens for the school alarms and anthem but if you're having bookings everyday, it is tolerable. The interior design is very modern and the bathrooms for our room are generous enough to accomodate four people in a rush. The staff are very exceptional as they really cater to my parent's demanding requests of repleneshing the towels, cleaning the room or grabbing extra freebies from the hotel.

Although it is manageable, the restroom has a smell that would need to resort to closing the lid, and the door. I wish they have more options for breakfast but if you plan on exploring food for breakfast, I suggest you remove the add-on breakfast option and order from grab instead.

The staff were superb and very helpful. They checked us in and told us about the hostel. The rooftop was most amazing part of hostel where you can eat and drink with amazing breeze. Cleaning was done everyday with smiling staff and room was very nice given the price. The bar in the hostel was closed but we were allowed to bring alcohol from outside. The pool was great place to hangout and chill in the hostel.

Everything was great but if there would be bar inside the hostel, it would be more fun. So hope they start soon.

The location of it is golden. 10 mins walk max to Kuta beach if you are into beach life. It is also quiet, depending on the location of your room. The staff are very helpful and friendly, with 24 hours service. The rooftop and swimming pool area is also beautiful for one to relax. Many restaurants nearby.

There is no open area to hang our clothes to dry, a bit tricky if you always go to the beach. The toilet can smelly a bit mouldy, it’s fine for me.

The room is very comfy and clean. Every day, they change our sheets and towels, they also replenish our mineral water supply. The location is somewhat good and convenient in a sense that it's walking distance to Kuta Beach, Kuta Square where various restaurants, fast food chains, convenience stores, and souvenir shops are located. I particularly loved how quiet it was in the hotel during our stay despite the number of visitors that they had there. The chill vibe of the property is something that I truly enjoyed.

The downside of the property's location is that the roads/streets surrounding the area follows one way traffic. So, you really have no choice if there's traffic jam but to go with the flow and wait -- which in our experience and due to the holiday season, left us stuck on the road for an hour or so before reaching the hotel when in fact it could have been a 5 to 10-minute drive. Their kitchen is still under maintenance when we visited so they outsource the free breakfast given to their guests. The breakfast serving can still be improved but again what they have provided is understandable due to their kitchen's situation.

A nice place with a nice vibe. Nice pool area. 15/20 mins walk from the beach and shops. Safe and secure. Lots close by.

They play music loudly on the 2nd floor from 9am-9pm. I just wanted an early night and peace and quiet and to wake up later but I didn’t really get that. Wouldn’t be a problem for most people of course as 9-9 isn’t too bad but it’s just worth knowing if you are only booking to get some sleep. My room also wasn’t the cleanest but it was fine.

We stayed here for a week to recover from being in the hospital. It was the perfect place to rest and recover, so clean and safe. We love how creative all the spaces are! The pool was super fun and reasonably social. Breakfast was good, staff were super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately most of the facilities were closed during our stay so we didn't get to experience the place in full swing with the kombi bar! But would be awesome once it's all available again.

Amazing location, close to everything. The rooms are rather small, but didn't mind as we spend little time in there anyways. Common areas are great as well, both the pool and seating areas were super nice for hanging out and working. Wifi was great!

The pool was clean, but had a very high, and noticeable, chlorine level. Not all the plugins in the room worked. Also pretty sure that the cleaning staff stole my sandals - I took them off after getting back to the room, changed into a different pair and left for dinner, came back after dinner, the room had been cleaned, and shoes were gone.
