Room decent size. Close to beach and in the back so no noise from road

The beds very soft and the pool seemed like dirty water… it was hot but that they can’t do much about in the sun but my skin started to itch immediately. Kuta is something else, to busy for me. And the people selling on the street just won’t leave you alone.

Very well located close to beach, shops and massages. Room was quite large. Staff were lovely. It was very clean. The restaurant is great

Had to wait a couple of hours to check in even though most of the premium rooms were empty. It was really noisy outside and using either the main door or bathroom was very noisy making sleep for the other person difficult. The air conditioner was not very effective so we were hot. The room and pillows were hard. The pool was nice but far from our room and no pool towels The cheaper older rooms out the back were smaller but quieter in a garden setting and closer to the pool and away from the car park. They were much better value at almost half the price. Late checkout was unreasonably expensive. Sheets were poor quality. Didn’t have hot water. Wouldn’t recommend

outstanding staff, little shallow swimming pool for children next to the actual pool, yulia’s kitchen is (imo) the best restaurant in the area, incredibly friendly staff there, as well. 200 m to Kuta Beach. free water bottles every day, clean and modern bathroom and shower. tip: when you arrive at the airport, walk past the airport taxis, cross the street and get a cab via grab app - 1/10th of the price. It‘s just a 10 min. drive, don’t pay 180k, you can get a ride for 20k, even cheaper on a scooter.

it‘s quite a hassle to leave the hotel since you will immediately be approached by the street vendors, they will literally drag you into their stores, very annoying, but that’s of course not at all the hotel‘s fault so there’s nothing to complain here :)

Attentive staff, spacious room, convenient restaurant, good food options (just like in pictures), close to lots of businesses, stores, restaurants, bars (e.g. Sky Garden, Avera, Engineer Room, and a lot more), beach (Pantai Kuta), malls (e.g. Beachwalk and more), activities (e.g. Waterbom, surfing). Good (promotional) price (±74% off due to low season but still lots of tourism). Very easy for Grab + Gojek to pick-up / drop-off.

Main road is busy—as expected from a touristic location—so you’ll need to wait several minutes to exit out of Kuta to other locations, and to come back at night, so hope that your driver is patient because your Grab/Gojek will be idle multiple times while moving around this area.

First time staying in Kuta. The beach is more for surfing. Walking distance. Less than 3 min walk. Very convenient beach walkway shopping mall. Lots of cheap massage outside the resort. Very cosy room and spacious. Toliet is big too. Friendly staff. Comes with 2 small bottles of mineral water daily. Has pool to chill. Just too good. 10 min drive to airport.

One small air conditioning for a big room. Perhaps not too cold. Up to individual preferences as I like the room to be cold and nicer blanket will work. Otherwise all good. Nothing to dislike.

Hello, We stayed at Yulia Beach Inn Hotel in February 2025 with 10 rooms with 18 people, and we stayed again this week of March with 11 rooms with 18 people. I can write the reasons in below, why we have chosen this hotel for two years. 1. In the region most preferred by tourists, 2. Service approach in the quality of a four-star hotel, 3. Cleanliness and having all kinds of comfort. 4. Laundry and ironing service, 5. Infinite variety for breakfast, 6. Variety and cheap prices of food and drinks sold in the hotel bar. 7. Helpfulness and smiling faces of all staff, especially Şirin, Dia, Wayan and Sanie 8. In the center of Fish, fruit and vegetable market, pharmacy, currency exchange, massage saloon, restaurants and shopping mall, 9. Kuta beach and Veachwalk Shopping Center is ten minutes walking distance... What else could you ask for? These are the common thoughts of every guest in our group. Thank you Mr. Jimmy..

The staff is really amazing. Very helpfull and friendly in every way. We could not only check out a bit later as we were struggling with organizing our luggage, but also, as our flight was later than we checked out, we could use the pool the rest of the day and even get towels. What was brilliant was that the hotel is very well located in Kuta and close to the airport and we stayed there the first and the last night in Bali and could leave excessive luggage in their storage for the time in between. The beds and rooms are great. The pool and garden charming with nice sun beds.

It’s at a very good location in the city, so just a garden view.. Pillows too high and too hard like everywhere in Indonesia..

Very nice place to stay. The location is within a few minutes walk from the beach and 15 min walking distance from the Beach Walk shopping centre. There are many cafes around and an ice cream shop right in front of the hotel. Also, try the food in the hotel cafe, it is super good. The staff is very nice and polite. Room cleaning is done each day and performed well. Our room was very clean, tastefully designed and with lots of space. There were no bad smells. The hotel territory is well maintained and the pool is nice and clean and it is pleasant to swim in. No ants at room, what is extremely rare at Bali. Overall we recommend this place, very good value for the money.

At room minus is that the walls are paper thin and rooms are very vocal, so you can hear each sound that your neighbours are making, but during the night it was very quiet, so we did not feel disturbed by it. For those, who need to work, the wi-fi speed will be a challenge.

Nice Hotel. Very close to the Kuta Beach just 5 mins walk. Yulia Beach Inn is close to various eatery including Mc and KFC and Warungs . There were restaurant in and around with Indian, Italian, Mexican and of course Local cuisines. Hotel is on busy street easy access to various Spa and Forex. Room we stayed was very spacious and room cleaned and replenished with water bottle daily. Our package came with daily free breakfast. Breakfast was Sumptuous and delicious. There were 5-6 different options of fixed breakfast which you could choose from. Hotel staff were very courteous and polite.

Nothing I can think off

Very central and close to the airport yet quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Good room, clean and all. Great option if you need to spend a night or two in Kuta.

The one niggle I have, is that the coffee for breakfast is limited to one single cup :( (Otherwise the breakfast is just fine.) At 100.000 for breakfast, I think that's a bit cheap... .... and they don't have Bali coffee which imo is sacrilege :o I'd rather have a pot of the local stuff than some fancy cappuccino....
